So listen in today and let's figure out what your promise is, how you can get clear on your message and come up with a tagline. That's going to take you. Oh wow. Welcome back to The Mompreneur Mastermind Show, where we choose to run insanely successful, passive income businesses that light us up while consuming iced coffee Gralise and flawless, and maybe breaking it down to some gangster rap while our kids did we just become best friends? Yes. Yes we did. Hey, I'm Stephanie gas. Six figure corporate exec turned top 1%. Network marketer turn podcaster. I believe when we let God light our path, we experienced true miracles. Welcome sister. Let's get for today's show and some real talk. I told you that there was a way for you to grow your brand completely authentically, organically by having people actually see transformation from what you teach. What if I told you that there was a way for you to reach more people and have more impact on a recurring weekly basis without doing Facebook ads, without spending hundreds of dollars a month on fancy, fancy funnels without having to, I don't know, DM people like a weirdy paternity all up in their DMs. Okay. Listen, if you just trust me, Lola, I'm going to share the secret with you right now. The secret is you get behind the mic in your PJ's girl with your second cup of Joe like me, like I'm showing up right here right now. And we start a podcast. Okay? When you spill what, you know, your mission, what you teach into the world, you inspire, you mentor, you do your best. You help people have a result. And then here's the secret. They see change. They believe in you enough to then what work with you by your products, by the oils, by the course, hire you for coaching, whatever you do, you've got to grow trust first. And that is exactly what podcasting will do. Second little tidbit for you is that you don't have to do this alone. Right? I have got a course. It's actually the number one online course for female entrepreneurs that want to start a podcast. My course is the best. I truly stand behind that. Why can I say that? Because I have helped hundreds of women successfully, and men actually successfully launch podcasts and dozens of them have launched in the top 30 spot of their category. What else? My students that take my podcasting course are making thousands of dollars of revenue every single month. Some of them every single day, because they believed in me enough to trust me. When I set a podcast is the funnel you guys, it is. It's how we grow a brand. It's how we end up making money. Because when you sell just like I'm doing right now, people believe in you and they trust you. And they know that they've seen results from you enough to spend money with you, which is at the end of the day, everything you guys are looking for, right? How do I grow my audience, help people with what I know and teach them what my calling is on this planet. And number two, how do I make some Moolah? I know that's what you're thinking. So let's just go ahead and say it sister. Here's the thing. Okay. Let me tell you. I have had multiple women have massive success. Emily Fontez launched number four in the marketing category. Okay. Krista Pullman launched number six in her category. And I could tell you story. After story, after story, go to podcast pro university.com. He's read all the testimonies, but you guys, this course works. Okay. I'm done. Go to podcast pro university.com. Join us, join me and the sisters in the community. You're going to love it. You're going to have fun. It's so worth it. I promise you if you've ever had podcasting on your heart now is the time do it. I wish I had started mine sooner. I want to mentor your success podcast, pro university.com. Let's start with Antoinette. What is your number one goal for this time together? So to be sure, I have a hundred percent clarity on the purpose of my podcast and brand, because I had shared before that I achieve a mom was the name of the show, but we'll come to further realization that it is a complete brand and lifestyle and movement. And so to be sure I'm clear on my promises and I did participate in the boot camp and I did all those activities. But after the group, I think I was like part of the second group of women who met with you. Yeah, I had, after everyone's listening to that again, listening to people's feedback, I kind of was like, okay, I had to rethink some things. And so those are my two, my long winded answer for good. So purpose and clarity over the and Achieve at, mama's not changing though, right? We're sticking with that brand, Right? Yes. I want to stick with that brand name now, I guess, further talk whether or not that's the show's name. I'm not glued to. Okay. I love achieve at mama. I think that's great. I think we may just want to add a tagline to it. Antoinette. That makes it super clear. Okay, perfect. Good. So let's start with your one liner, which from your notes we have, I'm a mom mentor and productivity coach. I help working moms, renew their mindset, achieve goals and combat overwhelm through home and life management systems. Good. Talk to me a bit more about this home and life management systems. Okay. So when I think of home alive management systems, I think of all of the routines and habits that you do on a day to day, that help to run your home and your life more efficiently. So naturally I am very systematic in my thought process and the way I run my home and I constantly get compliments on it and how I raise my children. And I think it also says my homework. So I've helped women kind of, especially young mothers or mothers returning to work for the first time, figuring out how to balance all of these, all of their responsibilities without being burnt out and also being able to get them done. And so, you know, the other thing that I'm also, I guess I get complimented on quite a bit. It's just the way in which I do things. So I had a lot, even though I'm all about systems, there's a lot of flexibility in them. They're very individualized. So you always hear people talk about morning routines. Okay, well, as a busy mom, you can start to feel kind of defeated if you're like, Oh, I'm just going to do these four things, but you don't do them every morning. And so I do what I call like the morning menu. These are five things that I like to do. If you do one of them, then you've done your morning routine. It's not about getting them all done. It's just about making sure you take some time for self care in the morning and what that looks like. It's personal to you. I hear so many people complain about how, you know, I don't have time to, you know, do my devotions and my journaling and workout and do this. And it's like completely understandable. You have this amount of time. Well, why don't we figure out what's most important? And you can do that on that day and something else on a different day, you know, it allows for variety. And this was really, I said that I just came up with this because I was tired of people feeling defeated when it came to morning routines. I love that. So really that term of structured flexibility is what popped into my mind. Have you heard that term before where it's like, we have these structures, but they're flexible. They don't have to be set in stone. I love the morning menu idea. I think that's Epic. So great. Something that's super unique to you, which is always a plus when you have something that you came up with in this space to make you different. Okay. All that helps me a lot, a couple other clarifying questions, productivity coach. Good. We may work on that. And the other one is working moms. So is she working for her? She's working for sure. I mean, that's what I do. I can speak to that. I can't speak too much to the stay at home or work from home because I mean, I'm only new to that really with all this going on, but I've always worked outside of the home. I wonder if you couldn't be called like a structured flexibility strategist, like I'm wondering if this whole idea antenna of structured flexibility, couldn't be because there's a lot of people that call themselves. These I'm like an organization coach. I'm a productivity coach and that's all good. But I wonder if like, if mom's biggest struggle, cause she's working, she's juggling, the kids, she's got all the crazy going on at home is not how to organize it's. How do I manage all of this in a way where there's flexibility, there's structure though. They I'm able to prioritize everything. I'm actually seeing myself achieve things because I think it's like, what I've seen in this space is it's so all or none. It's like, if you're a productivity coach, you're like getting the width and they're like, do it this way. Here's your plan. You have to plug in the bubbles of how it works for you. What if you were different by saying, I provide structured, flexible. Like maybe we can play with that. But something like there, I love the morning menu or like flexibility frameworks to getting productivity done, right. Something like that. Like, can we play off that flexible stuff? That flexibility concept. I do. I really like that idea. And you said you hit the nail on the head when you said that, you know, when it comes to productivity and organization, those methods are very like all in or nothing. And this is my method of getting things done is very flexible, you know? And that really stems from the fact that I'm a very structured person. And then while working with people and also having kids, I just realized right there, you have to be flexible. Right. And when you kind of create, you force people into this environment where there's limited flexibility, then that's where I feel like anxiety starts to set it because they feel like, well, if I don't do it this way, then I'm a failure or, you know, and you know, and that's not true, but you need to be able to do is to do it your way to the best of your ability within the means of the triple to do it. So I definitely liked that idea. Okay. So if we go back to our tagline then, cause this is really the core of the promise. You know, if our number, one thing that we want from this call is what's my promise. What's my thing. What's my one liner, because everything will come back to that one liner, right? Antoinette Podcast episodes, the way that you coach, what you call yourself, Let's rework that and see if we can't get it to be Definitely, yeah, definitely needs to be worked because what I gained from the group call was that people thought mostly just about productivity. And for me, it's really like, it's a mesh between like mindset, flexibility, and systems, right? Because a lot of it has to do with breaking down the mindset of that. If I don't do it step by step by step, I'm doing something wrong and that, you know, that's not true, right? The steps are what you make them. And so you need to make them to get the goal that you desire for your family. So not every family is going to have a, you know, five day menu up on the board, you know, the morning menu kind of come from the menu idea. Right? So in my house I put like five meals on the board and who, whatever child, whoever my kids started cooking, they pick what they want and then they make it and we just cross it off and then whatever's left. That's what gets made. It's not a, this is what's made on Monday. This is what's made on Tuesday. That's too much structure, you know? And then I believe that that can happen so much that too much structure can cause anxiety. I agree. So can we say something like achieve at mamma structured flexibility and blank for productive living or for, I don't want to say achieving goals. I don't want to say that and mindset. I don't know, maybe on the mindset, in the actual promise, I love combat overwhelm. I love home and life management systems. So maybe we could say structured flexibility or what if we said flexible productivity planning to combat overwhelm and implement life management systems. Cause the other thing is, yeah, I guess so I think about the end goal. So you want to be more productive. You want to live a balanced life. You want to live a whole life, you know, like holistic, you don't want to just be thriving at work and not thriving at home Balanced life management systems balance and life management systems. Cause if we get rid of overwhelm, let's see flexible productivity planning to combat overwhelm, fine balance. Maybe it's just an fine balance because the life management system is a how, because if we say, okay, achieve mamma flexible productivity, planning to combat overwhelm and find balance, those are the promises, right? Yeah. Yeah. It's more clear it's clean. And then the, how would be our pillars that you teach on Antoinette? Like mindset is one pillar goal achievement is the second pillar home in life management systems is a pillar routines and habits. Of course they usually your house could be the pillar of what you're going to teach and talk about or, you know, your framework of what, how you get her there. Yeah, I do like that and I think it's even more interesting is that we're doing this call and I did the homework from, so I've been going through PPU and I did the from module one and it makes me think of that. It's like, wait a minute. It's like I did that too. Okay. So if we had those as our pillars, which all that means is that when you go to do an episode and tonight, and let's see you have these four pillars, like mindset, goal, achievement, life management systems and productivity planning, or something like that, you would go 25, 25, 25 and just think about, does this topic fit into one of my pillars? And does it help this mom get rid of overwhelm and find more balance in her life? Like live more peacefully, you know, live more purposefully and peacefully with more structure. And then if that answers, yes, you get to talk. Yeah. So it just pulled up the assignment and yeah, the things I came up with were healthy mindset and self image is like one motherhood and parenting home and life management systems. So it sounds very, so we're in the right round. The only one we missed was motherhood and parenting. So if you add to those that you have, you've got mindset, self image. Kay. So that's one pillar. Then we have parenting and motherhood. Then you had life management systems. And the only other issue that I had, which could be fit into one of these others was goals, goal achievement, and goal setting. Then the last one I had was productivity planning, but that could also go into goal setting. Yeah, I agree. So what's funny is I had another one like in parentheses because I didn't, I had it as self development or professional development because I do feel like those are things that I would touch on, which I think could go under goal setting or productivity really blind because this is a working mom. Right. Seeing there's so many. Yeah. Some grace on that, because you're going to feel like, Oh, can I talk about something in career development? Just go, okay. Maybe it's not fitting under my core five pillars. Cause we don't want more than five. Does this help Michelle with being more productive with combating overwhelm or finding more balance in her life? If the answer's yes. Then talk about it. You're good. Let's go back to that one liner and make sure we're a hundred percent on it. Okay. Internet. So we've got, and then we'll say what you are. We need a title for you. So right now we have flexible productivity, planning, love that. Cause it's yours. Nobody's using that to combat overwhelm and find balance and just struggling with the ending. See? So when we helped Michelle Change her mindset, have a flexible plan for being more productive. She's learning organization from you in her home life in business, she's getting help with motherhood and parenting from you. She feels More in control. She feels productive, proactive. She, I do like the idea of proactive. So that's one of the things that I touch on why we have habits and routines. It's a proactive measure to prevent things from getting out of control and it allows for better planning if you're proactive. Okay. So what about if we went some, this type of direction, flexible productivity planning for proactive efficient and semi-organized motherhood. It's so real. Yeah. I should just say that in my head. That's hysterical. I mean, we're all striving, but at the end of the day, right? Yeah. Flexible, productive planning for proactive. Maybe to become proactive, efficient and semi-organized To become more proactive efficient. Yes, Me too. Cause I feel like that let's just be realistic. And I think that's where you can say, Hey, this is not your typical organization podcast, mamas. This is about reality. I'm giving you a menu to choose from. I'm giving you structured flexibility planning. I'm going to give you little things that you can actually implement. This is not your Marie condo podcast. Okay. Realistic for you because I want you to have a renewed mindset and, but I want you to do it on your terms more flexible. So I kind like that semi-organized cause it gives them that right at the get like, Oh, okay. She has got jokes and also that's me. Yeah. So we've got achievement. Mama is the brand still the podcast title, flexible productivity planning to become more proactive, efficient. And semi-organized I like it. I like it. Okay. I do too. So then I think what you are, if we were to say, well, Antoinette, what do you do? What's your title? Yeah. I'm a flexible productivity coach or productivity mentor. If you don't like the word coach, whatever you prefer. I don't have a preference. I tried to figure out if there's really a difference, Are you more one style or the other? Because I'm a coach. I'm like, you guys are gonna do this. We're going to bang it out. I'm going to give you an action plan and then you guys have to go do it. So I'm a little bit more versus some of my other clients who run coaching businesses are more of like a friend and they mentor people. Yeah. I think I'm more mentor, but one of your coach, Moche your emote? A mentor coach. Okay. We could also say you're a flexible productivity consultant. We also be a flexible Productivity planner. Hmm. I kinda like the consultant. I want to work. I don't know when I think about, I think, Oh, is that going to open the door into like work coaching or employee employment coaching? And the reason I liked that too is because when I think of a consultant, I think of an expert coming in, you inventorying her situation, Antoinette and going, what's working. What's not working like you're coming in to audit what's happening in her life. Yeah. That's definitely that's yeah. That's definitely. Okay. So let's roll with that. You are a flexible productivity consultant. Okay. And you help. And so if they were saying, what do you do, Antoinette? I'm a flexible productivity consultant. I help busy moms create flexible productivity plans so that they can become proactive, efficient. And semi-organized in their lives and motherhood I'm sold. Where's the cost of admission. I'm ready to hire myself. All right. Great, Good. So that feels really clear. Right? So we've got title tagline. We've got your title as well. What you do, the next thing that we talked about, So that one line, or you just came up with, that's what I would say. That's not the one liner that would be on the podcast, right? Correct. So on your art, I would have achievement mama or your podcast tagline would be flexible productivity planning to become more proactive, efficient, and semi-organized in life and motherhood. You could put that whole thing. It would be two lines though, across your podcast. Or you can say flexible productivity, planning and semi organization for busy moms. Okay. I'm liking that one more. Me too, because now we said flexible productivity, which is also giving her grace. And then we said semi organization, which is like, Ooh, this is interesting. What do you mean? So my organization. Right. Productive. How is that possible? Right? Yeah. Yes. That's the one I would roll with. Yeah. Okay. That's all right. Yeah. Yes. Thanks for asking podcast tagline. I'll also put that in my notes for you. And then this is your full, I do statement. Okay, good. Okay. And we have your pillars. So in our last five minutes, your other question Antoinette was how do I invite and entice others to be guests on my show? When it's new, do you want to talk about that? Or is there something else that would be more beneficial. Okay. You know what? I don't want to talk about that because he recently talked about that on your show. So what I will go with though is, okay, so one of the questions is, am I starting from scratch? I am starting from scratch. Right? Holy spirit, download achievement, mama. All of it. The only thing that has already been there is me and the skillset. So what would be like, I have the groups I'm like, I have all of these, you know, like I bought my domain. I bought all the things, but I haven't done anything because I have analysis paralysis, I guess. Not sure what to do next. Okay. First thing I want you to do, the very first thing is the podcast needs to get going. Right? Okay. So if we were to talk about order of operations podcast is number one, I would invest in alleys branding. I don't know if you saw that for right now. It's like that great price and you get all of it. The podcast, the graphics, the logos, the Facebook graphics, every single thing you're going to need. This is going to save you thousands over the course of your time. Oh, that's what I didn't realize that I could get. So that's what I was confused about. If I can get a logo with that package that just came up or if that was a separate, you get all of that. Okay. Cause I was looking at that. I was very excited because I'm like, I would do that. It's such a great price. Like if you were to go, I have not seen anything like that for less than a thousand dollars. No, it is a really great price. I am an outside of a nonprofit and our logo cost it so much more to get. And it was a horrible experience, I guess, like trying to find someone like three artists before he finally found someone. And then yeah, I spent, well over a thousand dollars, it was a whole, Oh gosh. So I would do alley. So that's actually your first thing. Okay. Cause you have to have the graphics to do the show. So you can do that in a week. You can tell her, yes, we're doing this. However, do that now for the graphic, I would really try to stay. Do you have branded photos of you? No. Not any ones. I do have plans I'm this month. I was hoping to get a shoot done. Thankfully I have relatives who are photography. So call. So I haven't had to do that. If you don't don't use like a moderate photo, I would rather see big, beautiful channel art with no picture. Then somebody like you can tell it's like a questionable photo. Cause you can tell. So I would just have like achievement mama. And I think of like, I don't know why I keep thinking of pink for some reason. And it's like, [inaudible] in your face. Like achieve it mama. And then she can put yeah. Yeah. Can I have wanted to have some type of idea before I went to Allie? And so these were kind of, you were saying pink, but this was the vibe I was getting. I'm not a graphic person. You know, it's so funny. I was just going to tell you with glitter. I literally was going to say, I saw pink with glitter. That's hilarious. I cannot believe that. Then this is actually great. She'll make it just that much better. And you may as well again, but give her that right? Yeah. That's what I was hoping if I could give her something and then she could run with it. Yeah. And I love the graphic. I love that. I think it's great. Yes. A hundred percent. Yeah. Yeah, because I didn't have a photo. So I was like, I need to get creative. This is perfect. So send it to her and be like, this is the kind of the direction I'm thinking. Make it amazing. And she will. Okay, good. So that's first, second is the podcast at this point, you're ready. You have title, you have podcast tagline. The only other thing that you need is a description. So let me refer you a description. And this is at you're at 32 minutes for your timestamp. Cause I talked too fast. Okay. All right, here we go. Let's see. Hey mama. Welcome to achieve at mama where you're allowed to be a hot mess express that gets ish done, or that gets it done. This is the place for you. If you're ready to get it together, kind of and become semi-organized with flexible productivity. I'm Antoinette. Let's get it Right. You got it. You got it. This is so excited. Yes. So now you got a description, so you're ready. Got everything you need. Let's get to get two weeks in your podcast is up. The next thing you're going to do after your podcast is up is you need an email address. Okay. So you already have Gmail, but I haven't. That's fine. What? I got the thing I went and got the things. Okay. Cheetah mama. This, this, this and this Heck. Yes. Okay. And then the next thing you need is a freebie and that's all I want you focused on for the next 45 days. And your freebie could be something like, you know, five steps to creating your flexible productivity plan. Okay. Simple. And it's a little did do the checklist two page PDF and that's how you'll drive traffic. And then the next step is a Facebook group. That's it? That's all you got to do right now. Okay. All right.
