Speaker 1 (04:33):
So we are starting with Alison. Good morning. Alison, are you in the house? Where are you at girl?
Speaker 2 (04:39):
I am in the house. Hi.
Speaker 1 (04:44):
Okay. So let me start our timer eight minutes. Read me your one liner girl.
Speaker 2 (04:48):
All right. I help overwhelmed moms overcome emotional eating so that they may find peace in their mind, body and soul. Okay.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
So the next thing is, do you have a title for your podcast and where are you stuck with clarity?
Speaker 2 (05:05):
So a title would be a little bit where I'm looking for some help. I also, not only am I, so part of it too, is my title. What I do, because I feel like health coach is too generic. And I don't know, emotional health coach kind of has come across my mind, but I'm not sure if that, cause I'm trying to reach people that are looking at the physical right now. They're struggling with, because they're on this diet roller coaster and the emotional eating that's sabotaging them. So I don't know if that's it's too far the other way.
Speaker 1 (05:37):
Can you say emotional eating mentor?
Speaker 2 (05:40):
Yeah, I could.
Speaker 1 (05:43):
I am an emotional eating mentor and I helped overwhelm moms overcoming emotional eating and get healthy.
Speaker 2 (05:49):
Speaker 1 (05:50):
Yeah, I like it. Okay. So when we think about a podcast, is it a mom and yes. So we know it's overwhelmed. She's dealing with emotional eating. We want to teach her about health, right? Maybe mindset. Yeah. So any ideas of what you want to call this thing?
Speaker 2 (06:06):
So I also, along with coaching, I actually own, I opened in December really bad timing, a physical store. It's got the health foundation and actually that's where I meet my clients is we have a cozy couch, coroner that's in front of a fireplace. I have classes and things like that. And then I have eight local vendors who sell locally, made jewelry. We sell the cleaner, safer beauty and health care products, supplements that I stand behind, that kind of thing. So that's the other part of what I do. And the name of my store is the abundant living project, because I don't know if we would want to tie something like that in, because that's part of where people are finding me right now. That's where my clients have found me so far. Or if we just want to go a whole different way.
Speaker 1 (06:50):
The only thing about the abundant living project does that makes me think about like financial abundance, especially abundant living. And so I think if you really want to target this health niche, I think you should say that in the title, but you could say brought to you by the abundant living project, go to www.com to shop our latest, favorite supplements and our favorite healthy this or that. So you can totally still plug the abundant living, but what if it was like the healthy living project or the health foundation for moms?
Speaker 2 (07:25):
Oh, I liked China. And what it is about like something like abundant health
Speaker 1 (07:28):
Like the health foundation, abundant health, the healthy mama reclaims health. And you could go as far as to say emotional eating in the title because it's like that flipping obvious. Right. And you're going to drive a lot of traffic organically by having a title. That's that clear? Tell me what you're liking, what you're not liking. I do like the idea of having it in there because I like
Speaker 2 (07:57):
That's what people are coming to me for. They know right off the bat.
Speaker 1 (08:03):
Alison, what if it was emotional eating mentor? Like what if that was the show? Cause that's what you are. Can you guys Google emotional eating mentor.com? Is that one on GoDaddy? Is that available or emotional eating coach? That'd be right. Yeah. The emotional eating coach, emotional eating mentor, the emotional, I like that better than just like emotional eating mentor.com is available. Oh awesome. Thank you guys. That would be so great because it also has a little bit of the emotional M and mentor it's flows really well. It's sticking out. I love that. That feels really cool. Okay. So if we rolled with that emotional eating mentor.com, emotional eating mentor podcast, imagine that on the graphic. Right? Nice and big. And then your tagline that you could plug in there is overcome emotional, eating and find peace for overwhelmed moms.
Speaker 2 (09:02):
Oh, I like that.
Speaker 1 (09:04):
Overcoming emotional eating and find peace and health for overwhelmed moms. Oh, that's good. Yeah. I feel it feels good. Yeah. I love that. And so now Alison, you get to talk about anything in the, in the realm of mindset, health, emotional eating, and then pitch yourself as, Hey guys, I offer emotional eating mentorship sessions. Please let me help you navigate this journey.
Speaker 2 (09:32):
Oh, I love that. Is there any part of it that you would include, whether the description or whatnot of, I definitely connect most with women of faith where I can relate scripture and I can tie that in. Is that something that should go in the description or is that something they should find out about me?
Speaker 1 (09:52):
I would drink, I would sprinkle it in the description. Okay. So I would say like, are you struggling with emotional eating? Do you constantly find yourself caught up in your emotions and then getting lost in covering those up with food and distraction and busy-ness and all of the things that are keeping you stuck, unhealthy and feeling guilty, welcome to your emotional eating mentor, where I'm going to break through the blocks that you've been facing when it comes to health mindset and emotional eating, because you don't have to be held in chains any longer. Let me help set you free from this bondage that you've been struggling with for far too long between faith and health foundations, we will conquer this together.
Speaker 2 (10:41):
That's so good. So good.
Speaker 1 (10:45):
You're welcome. All right, let's go to Antoinette. Are you in the house? There she is. Give me your one liner. I help working moms, combat, overwhelm, and fatigue to reach their goals through home and life management systems. Okay. One clarifier here. Are you helping moms create home and life management systems too? Combat overwhelming fatigue? Yes. Okay. There it is. I help working moms combat overwhelming fatigue through home and life management systems. Okay. Let's cut to reach their goals, their goals. I've thought about that. Okay, great. Perfect. Okay. So what are we doing? Are we titling? So I had a title I am out of shared with you achieve at mama podcast. Oh yes. Okay. So the Holy spirit moment, very excited about it. So I guess working on tagline description and was achieve it mama available, it was okay. I believe it still is. I hadn't bought it.
Speaker 1 (11:47):
I was waiting for it today to get the Stefanie yeah. Seal of approval. That's right. So achieve it mama, let's just for a second, feel into this and make sure it's right. When we all hear achieve at mama, do we think of, I think of goals. I think of entrepreneurship. I think of hustle. Right guys. Let's just play with that for a second and make sure it's right. Cause if we love it, we'll just add that tagline. That's very clarifying. Okay. But it could be something like home and life management, like literally that could be your podcast title. Right. Just as an SEO play. It could also be mama gets it together, get it together. Mama. Cause like that makes me think more of like systems, organization and life management. Yeah. Get it together. Mom was kind of fun. Cause then you could put underneath that Antoinette, home and life management for overwhelmed moms.
Speaker 1 (12:48):
Right. Right. And then that's a little bit more clear. So how do you feel? And if you're like, no it's achievement mama, then it's achievement mama. I like the, get it together. I am very emotionally tied to the achievement mama. Okay, cool. So with achieve it mama, if we were to roll with that one, let's just give you a tagline. That's super clear. Okay. Something like achieve it mama home and life management systems to combat overwhelm and fatigue. No, I don't even like the emotional in there. What else? Home in life management systems, what does that mean? It's habits. Routines. The way you get things done. Okay. Achieve it Mama. Get more done through home and life management systems. And that brings us to achieve it. Get more done through home and life management systems. Okay. Here it is. That feels really good. It does feel good.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
Well, yeah. I knew that it was going to need a tagline that clarified. Yeah. I love that. I'll read you a description. Okay. And we get this recorded, right? Yeah. You guys can never write this fast. Okay. And not everyone will get a description. It depends on how far you are into your clarity journey. Okay. Hey, overwhelmed mama. Are you feeling super frustrated right now with the growing to do list the mess in your house, the lack of organization, and you are ready to get it together and achieve more organization and have more with less. Let's get ready to achieve it. Mama, let's get more done through home and life management systems so that you can feel at peace in your surroundings, you can have more efficiency and you can be more present with your family. Let's streamline your processes. In this show, you will find all of the life management systems. You need to get it done. I'm Antoinette welcome... Etc..
Speaker 1 (14:49):
So play with that, right? Like make that your own, you guys. Or if you love mine, use mine. Exactly. It's fine. Whatever speaks to you. But we get to plug in the emotional stuff into the description, right? The triggers you guys that your person is facing. So Antoinette, what is she feeling? Write those emotional words down and plug them into that description. So she's overwhelmed. She's frustrated. She's got a mess. She needs to declutter. Who's tired. She's tired. Overwhelmed. She's at her. Wit's end. But why? She doesn't know how to start? What is the system? What do you mean? I do something on a Sunday like this one thing and it helps me all week long. What do you mean I can streamline my process? What do you mean? What does decluttering look like? Right. Great. Cool. Yes. Yeah. I love it. Okay. Let's go to Barbara. May, are you here? Hi Barbara. There you go. Hello? Hello. Okay. Read me your one liner.
Speaker 2 (15:56):
I help women discover their purpose by teaching them how to step into their power through faith based living
Speaker 1 (16:06):
And on that for me, how,
Speaker 2 (16:07):
For me, it all starts with the divine within girlfriend.
Speaker 1 (16:10):
Okay. What next?
Speaker 2 (16:13):
We're going to talk about self love and understanding your words and understanding your worth as a child of God and struggling through transitions in life and almost 47 years old. And I'm not necessarily talking to all the mamas who have toddlers and elementary school kids. I'm talking to the moms whose kids are graduating and they have just graduated and all that kind of stuff. And now what are we going to do with our lives?
Speaker 1 (16:37):
Okay. And then what's your end goal here, Barbara, like you get a mom going through a transition. Her kids are going off to college. She's feeling lost. You bring her back to the word. You're helping her navigate her own worth, finding her new happiness because their kids are gone. What's your goal with her? What do you want her to end up doing through learning this stuff with you
Speaker 2 (16:57):
To live in alignment with who she is and to find some sort of purpose beyond being a mom. I guess as moms, we tend to wear that hat and that becomes our identity. And I've seen a lot in my life and the women that I've worked with for a ministry that once they don't have kids anymore, they don't know who they are. And so we're discovering or rediscovering who they are and what God wants them to do with the rest of their life. Now that they've raised their babies.
Speaker 1 (17:24):
So can we say something like, and when I say this, you guys do not have to say yes to me, but this is to give you an idea. Yeah. I help women rediscover their purpose. After, as an empty nester, after the kids are gone in phase two of life, like, can we just say that? And we can still keep through faith at the end, but let's like, cause really you're targeting a specific niche. You're not just saying I help everybody rediscover their purpose. Right. You're helping a specific woman. Who's it's after her kids are older. So, and you guys helped me. If you have ideas of what that word is, I'm looking for like, yes. Is it empty nester? Is that the word? I don't know. Like I help women rediscover their purpose as an empty nester, through faith and worth or through faith. And self-love faith based living is I guess the terminology that I've always used, that's fine.
Speaker 1 (18:20):
That's fine. I help women rediscover their purpose as an empty nester through faith based living feels like there's not enough there yet. Okay. Does that mean, remember though, this is your one liner, this is the specific Thomas Barbara, right? And then you get to go be emotional. Like in the description you guys, you want, you want your one liner, everybody to just hit her in the face. What do I do? Right. I am a clarity coach and a podcast coach period for Christian mompreneurs. That's it. I'm going to make you guys feel all kinds of types of ways when you read my stuff. And when you listen to me, but you gotta be able to spit it out. Right? Barbara, like, yeah. I help women rediscover their purpose as empty nesters through faith based living like that's powerful. Okay. Be back everybody. Is there a different word that you guys are liking better than this? Well did I said that she likes the word transitions. I like that word transition because we transitioned through multiple phases of our lives. I just don't think that, that it goes in the one liner very well. I think that's more a tagline or description. Well thought. Okay. So I help women in transition, rediscover their purpose through faith-based living. Oh, that feels better. Right?
Speaker 1 (19:37):
Thank you. See, you guys are so good. That's why you're here. I help women in transition, rediscover their purpose through faith based living here. It is that feels really, really flowy and it's very safe. So how can we title this Barbara? And now what, what does Barbara do? Okay. I help women in transition, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. What's the tagline. It's rediscover your purpose through faith based living. And we may title it like mama in transition. Y'all got to see my aha moment. I love it. Come to life. You guys check that.com for us mom in transition. I love that. Like I'm stuck there because I really like it. Let's see if it's available. It's not. Kelsey said, okay. What about mom and transition mother and motherhood in transition mom and transition mama spelled the other way in transition mama in transition is available with MOMMA. The only thing with that is you guys are constantly saying, go to mama and transition MOMMA. You know, like you don't want to have to do that. Motherhood and transition.com is available. Mom and transition. Is that one available? Antoinette? Yeah. Wow. There it is. Mom and transition more searchable than any of these. That's it done? Love it, mom and transition. That's more searchable than mama. Does that feel good, Barbara? Yes. Yes, it does. Boom. And we ended with 10 seconds. Oh my gosh. It's amazing.
Speaker 1 (21:18):
Love it. Cool. Okay guys, we're going to go to Sherry Maguire. Good morning. Good morning. How are you?
Speaker 3 (21:29):
Good. Thank you. We had a power hour back at the end of December. Came up with ignited with grace. I really, really love. And so the one liner is I help women find peace, joy, value self-worth and strengthened relationships through spiritual growth. And so just recently, since last week I been thinking about adding because of my background, adding physical fitness and spiritual growth, because I believe, you know, if someone is spiritually fit, then they'll, you know, make healthier lifestyle choices, have strengthened relationships and have an abundant life. So how would I transition to that? Using the ignited with race website and podcast name? Cause I really liked that.
Speaker 1 (22:19):
Okay. I help ignite women through physical fitness and spiritual growth. I empower women through physical fitness and spiritual growth. Like it's that simple, right? Because peace, joy. Self-Worth those are offsets of having physical fitness and spiritual growth, right? Yes. And we can plug that in your amazing description. Does that one liner feel okay to you? Yes. Yeah. I like the empower. Yeah. If there's something you don't like. No, no, I love it. I love the empower. You know, I empower women
Speaker 3 (22:54):
Speaker 1 (22:54):
Physical fitness and spiritual growth. Yeah. So example description for you would be, Hey friends, are you searching for empowerment and looking for that missing piece of the puzzle? Have you ever considered that? Maybe you're not yet ignited. I believe that when you pair physical fitness and spiritual growth, you transform from the inside out. I believe that you can tap into joy, peace, self worth, and your inner strength through fitness, wellness, health, and spiritual awakening or faith. So grateful that you're here, let's go on this journey together so that we can become ignited with grace. I have like, it sounds good. Good. So play with that. Make it your own Sherry. But yes, that is that not the truth. Like how do we come and become ignited you guys? We have to be healthy. We have to have the right mindset. We have to have our spiritual growth. So I think it's a beautiful thing for you to open that door, Sherry. And then because you do fitness, maybe you can monetize it that way.
Speaker 3 (24:06):
Yeah. Or some coaching aspect, health coaching aspect. I bought a program years ago that I haven't done much with and it's three, six, nine and 12 month program, but they have a Christian version of the program as well. That came with that. So I mean that I could monetize that way.
Speaker 1 (24:23):
Perfect. Yeah. Like, Hey, did you guys like this episode on three ways to tap into self-worth? Did you know that I am running a six month faith fueled wellness program? I would love to talk to you more about it. That would be an alignment for you. If you're ready to completely transform your physical fitness and have that faith component as well. This is for you. Come learn more at or email me. That sounds so good.
Speaker 3 (24:53):
Just a question. So like some of these, so this program, you know, it's like with PowerPoints and handouts, so click be passive say on teachable. And so I don't know if someone wants one on one coaching. I can do that, but they also, I could run like a program just on teachable without the coaching component.
Speaker 1 (25:11):
Anytime you guys can teach a system that doesn't need you. Right? So if Sherry says there is a four tier system to getting somebody a result, she can package that as an eCourse. And that can be passive. Here's the thing with health and wellness people won't do it. So you want to think about how do I get someone to do the things they would not normally do. You have to add an accountability aspect to it, Sherry, where I would maybe do like, have everybody take the course, but then have everyone get on a zoom together once a month, they have to like report stats and be accountable and have an accountability buddy. So you can have a hybrid product. You guys that has both the course component. So you're not spending hours teaching the same thing over and over, but don't forget. Where's the accountability come from? And the coaching Sherry, of course I would still offer a premier level as well. Coaching one on one too. Yeah, this is so great. Good.
Speaker 3 (26:13):
Cause I was, you know, since last week I've been all weekend long. I've been focusing on it and trying to transition it from what we talked about the end of December to now.
Speaker 1 (26:22):
It was perfect. Good. I love that. I'm excited for you all the dots. Okay. Yeah. The girl we are going to move to Christie Christie. Hi Chris. Hi. Okay. Give me your one liner, I help Christian women over 40 devastated by divorce and narcissistic abuse. Find joy, peace and purpose. Bye. Renew their faith in God and themselves. What a great mission. A I love it. And I love that you are super niche, but this is too long. I tried to fit it all in. How about, how about I help divorced Christian women overcome abuse and devastation through God. And you said themselves, but like they can't say themselves and inner strength. Inner strength. Yeah. I liked that. I don't know what I just said, but I hope you wrote that down. No, I'm going back to the recording. I helped divorce. Christian women overcome devastation and abuse through faith in God and inner strength and inner work.
Speaker 1 (27:42):
Yeah. I like that. Do I need to put in that over 40? No, because if, I mean, here's the thing your messaging can be for that woman over 40, but it probably can help anybody. That's gone through a devastating divorce or dealt with narcissistic abuse, right? I think that's niche enough. Okay. Well that's what I did. And I was trying to niche down or scale you. I feel you. Okay. So if we have that as your thing and what you do, what are we titling this? Do you have an idea? Well, I had, I have like three, but I don't know divorced. Doesn't define me, but I don't know whether to use me. Are you redefining divorced? And then I just said, well, I was divorced over 40 just, but then I don't know. Those are the ones I was kind of messing with.
Speaker 1 (28:32):
And they're all available in all, all categories. I've already checked it off. I love redefining divorced because my whole thing is like being categorized as a divorce, you know? Like they put that stigma on it. You're divorced. I don't want to be, I'm not divorced. I'm Christie with a purpose in this life. So I want to read the fine divorced. What if it was like divorced? Isn't damaged. Yeah. I like that. I like that. [inaudible] Redefined divorce. I'm having trouble with that one. Cause it's like hard to say it redefining divorced. Like it's just a lot like a mouthful divorce doesn't define me is also really good. And that's easier to say, okay, what do you guys think? What did everybody vote? I kind of liked that first one. Divorce. Doesn't define me. Yeah. And then should I say me or you? Right when they read it, it's going to be like me so divorced because it's also, you're not pointing a finger at people.
Speaker 1 (29:31):
You're saying you've also been there. Okay. Let's see what everybody, what their boats are redefined divorce. Antoinette threw that out. Define your divorce. I like redefined divorce as well. Divorce doesn't define me. I kind of like divorce. Doesn't define me. It's so powerful. It's like, what's what you just said. Like, I am not divorced. I am me. This didn't, I am bigger than this label and you're getting our back to the woman who's been through it. And I think I really, really liked that. Okay. Yay. Okay. Here's your tagline overcoming devastating divorce or abuse. Cause it can be one or the other, right? Devastating divorce or abuse through faith and inner strength. Do I need to just define the abuse to narcissistic abuse? Cause it could be like isn't there so many facets of abuse and you can say, Hey guys, I experienced narcissistic abuse, but there's many different forms.
Speaker 1 (30:30):
There's verbal abuse and physical and narcissistic. And like, are you kind of speaking out against abuse in general? Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. My clarifying thing is kind of like the same as I forget who were asked it before, but what do I identify myself as like a coach, a mentor? And then is it a divorce coach or empowerment or self love? I mean, there's like a million. Yeah. But if you're an identity coach after divorce, because if you hate seeing divorce, I think I'm like, you're not a lawyer helping her with her divorce. You're an identity coach. You're a purpose coach. You're a worthiness coach, worthiness mentor. I kind of like identity. Cause I think that's probably really where she's struggling. Yeah. Been labeled. She feels less than she's hiding behind it. And it was not a nice divorce. It was ugly. So there's all these other pieces that are hurting her.
Speaker 1 (31:25):
So what if it's an identity, identity coach after divorce or identity? Mentor after divorce. Okay. Yay. All right. We're out of time. Thank you. You're welcome. Okay. We are going to Debra dab. There she is. I know your one liner, but the girls don't so give it to me. Well, okay. So I've got a little confused. My one liner since our call, but this is putting all my entrepreneurial synapses going crazy here. So how about the one liner? And I'm going to do it under weave because it fits the company. Right? So the one liner would be, we help dogs to live their best life through natural remedies and set shelter, pets free. That's so freaking good. Really? I felt good as I typed it. And it was so short. You get it short. Yes. We help dogs live their best life through natural remedies and sheltered pets free.
Speaker 1 (32:25):
Did you guys agree on the title that we talked about? I think so. I think so. What you're telling me about what it is. Okay. So the one liner that where to, where would that be? But then we'll look at that. Give me the title. I want to play on set free if we're going there. So the title was dogs set free. This is the podcast for all your dog lovers out there who care deeply about canine, wellbeing and health brought to you by AIDS canine. The honest choice for dog health, where our CBD, this is where it gets murky can say your dog from pain, suffering and anxiety joins to talk about all things, dogs and Deb has a dog CBD company. You guys, and that's why we're going in this direction. And she is they want to really like empower this canine community and help them get new homes and live healthier lives and be energetic.
Speaker 1 (33:15):
So what was the one liner we wrote down? Deb? I wrote down dogs set free. Wasn't that? Where we stand up for wellness and awareness for canine lovers. That's what it was. It was wellness and awareness for canine levers. Yeah. All right. So the one liners, like what is this? So dogs set free wellness and awareness for canine lovers. That's like what you're doing here, right? Because yeah, it's so clean. Now when you get into like go deeper, what like give me the emotional, give me the T the descriptions, Deb. Then we get to say, we help dogs live their best lives through natural remedies and we help set sheltered pets free. And we're so grateful to this canine community for helping us step up into this place. And speaking out for the dogs who can't speak up for themselves and through CBD products, we are so through our CBD line, we are able to offer them rest and healing in a natural way and blah, blah, blah.
Speaker 1 (34:19):
Right? Okay. So those are the feelings feelers, which are great. So I go back to our one-liner that we had picked wellness and awareness for canine lovers. And I don't know that's my gut. Anybody have any feedback on that versus something like natural remedies and setting sheltered pets free. I think dogs set, freeze implying that we're helping dogs. Deb, where would the one liner live that lives on your podcast? So you guys have your title dog set free with your cute little dogs, like maybe some character dogs on the, or some puppies. People love puppies. And then across the bottom or wherever in the little line is your one liner, everyone. And it says wellness and awareness for canine lovers and Deb, you might also put real tiny in the corner, a brought to you by Abe's canine CBD. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. And then your one liner can also go if you guys want to see when you title your show in pod bean, which you'll learn inside of the course, you're going to put dogs set free dash wellness and awareness for canine lovers.
Speaker 1 (35:25):
What does that do? More SEO, more searchability for you, the author of your podcast. You guys will ask who's the author don't use Deb. Don't use your names. Use abs canine CBD. Yep. Abe's canine CBD. So the tagline that I couldn't remember exactly is actually that this is what we're trying to trademark right now. The honest choice that's through your CBD company though, right? Yeah. So it's AIDS canine, honest choice for dog health. That's great. I love it. But it's that, that's your CBD tagline. Cause if we were to say that the honest choice for dog health, that doesn't on a podcast that doesn't drive organic traffic. Right. Okay. Okay. Does that feel a bit more clear on like what the podcast stuff is going to be? So the podcast is going to be dog set, free wellness and awareness for canine lovers brought to you by AIDS canine CBD.
Speaker 1 (36:23):
Yep. Make sure you plug CBD into Abe's canine. Cause they don't know what that means. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Okay. Dog set free wellness awareness for canine lovers. Okay. Think I should just wrote that over again. And the author is Abe's canines CBD. Okay. Yup. And then your description is the big emotional piece, right? So like calling all dog lovers. Yeah. Do you own a dog or do you stand up for canine rights? Are you on a mission to help set sheltered pets free us too. Welcome to your new tribe. We are so happy that you found dog set free. In this podcast. You will find wellness, energy and health, the natural way for your pet or your dog, your dog to live their best life and awareness for other canine levers. Just like us. It's time that we stand up for the dogs who can't speak up for themselves and set them free. Oh my gosh.
Speaker 1 (37:27):
Same way. We did it with a minute to spare for the doggies. Okay. Your title, your tagline and your description. Deb. You are ready to go. Yeah. Perfect. And I love how you put the mission in there because I actually wrote a description and I had almost the same, some of the same language around a mission. We're on a mission to do this and also provide natural remedies. And, and then I wrote down like 10 ideas for the podcast topics just based around health and wellness and tips and the things that we talked about. And I mean, I was like, we can even get into talking about why raw food might be a better option then dry food or all these other, anything that the dog set free community, which is a Deb community would want to know or talk about is a go. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (38:21):
And then one last thing, cause we are out of time, make sure in that description, Deb, that you say at the very bottom brought to you by the number one CBD company for dogs, Abe's CBD, write your name and you claim that because like what I told you in our one-on-one, there's all these CBD companies with sprinkles off for animals and pets, but like just be it and be like, we are niching into dogs specifically. Okay. You're welcome. I hope you loved that workshop as much as I loved putting it on, we had a blast. Anyway. I just want to leave you with their prayer. Now I pray over you that you are finding presence and peace right now in this crazy time that we are in that you are able to slow down, breathe in the miracles that are surrounding, you know, that every season and every situation that we find ourselves in this crazy world, that God will make good of it because he wastes nothing in this moment of slow of peacefulness.
Speaker 1 (39:25):
And maybe it's a moment of busy-ness for you. Maybe you're a, you know, a health provider or somebody in the service industry and you were working so hard. Listen, even in that season of busy, God will make good for your life. For your situation. There is something, some miracle, some blessing that he's brought to you are you opening your mind, heart, body, spirit, and eyes to what that could be. Sometimes I have to be still enough to hear the miracle, to feel the Holy spirit, just move me. So I pray that you have that intuition, that God shows you what he needs to show you during this time. And that you are brave enough to follow that lead, follow the call and step out with trust, faith, and believe in him because our Lord, our father is here for us every day today, tomorrow and forever. I'll meet you back here soon. Love you lots as always love and light Stef
