​On how that direction, once that direction has been laid and you have some semblance of focus over, what's my thing. And how do I begin walking in it? We're talking today about how to begin operating in that. Like, what do you actually do? What are the steps that you take to model your exact.

To begin to model my exact business? Okay. What I want for you is to have the same type of revenue stream that I have from your purpose work, because then it doesn't feel like work. It's so much fun. It's so fulfilling. And I would love for all of you to have that. And then we're going to be going through my three tier passive income business model, because I think it's, it's, it's super fun to learn clarity work and that's great, but it's going to motivate you even more to get to the root of your clarity and your purpose. When you can see the big picture, when you know where you're going, you can create those visions inside of your mind and heart to begin to go forward and go after it with that fearless audacity. Can you all see this? You guys good? So we're going to be getting into day two. This is us Really getting clear finding focus and then exploding with intentional action in 2021. I'm so here for that. Okay. So let's dig into this. Let's start with the chat box challenge. What was your biggest breakthrough yesterday? What happened for you guys? As you sat with me, as you just soaked in the training, as we talked about those, was there a scripture that resonated with you? I know that Joelle Sue said that the Scripture where we talked about the plans from Jeremiah the plans that God has for you really resonated with her, and God was speaking to her through that verse. What else resonated with you guys from yesterday's training? Share it with Us. Okay. So

Today we're learning, like I already mentioned one, once you began getting that clarity, what the big picture vision will be, how to take action and how that action is going to then speed up the process. And then what action to actually take, like, what do we need to do? I think that is, for me, one of the biggest pieces of clarity is that it doesn't come from knowing, like you're not going to just know what you're supposed to do. You're going to have to take messy action and take the steps without it being fully clear. And when you take the steps, then the pieces of the puzzle start to be revealed to you. I think I think of it almost like I'm being challenged and tested. See if I actually trust that God's got this, that do I actually trust this, his process for me, the unveiling that he has in store.

And that's why we have to take action in order to receive those downloads of what he wants us to do and what that clarity might look like as the pieces of the onion begin to be appealed. So you can get to the root of who you are and what you've been called to do from before birth. It's so crazy. It's so cool. God is so good, but we have to take action. And, and I think one of the most elusive pieces of this whole thing is like great stuff, but take action. Doing what? Like I'm over here. Like what's the girl supposed to do? Like, I don't even know. Should I just post randomly on Instagram? She just post random things on Facebook. Should I go live? Should I do YouTube videos? Like, I don't even have a title for myself. Should I start a podcast?

But I have no clarity. Look I am today going to talk you through exactly what you should do, no matter where you are in the clarity process, because there's different pieces of this journey. There are some of you who are like, I'm here, starting from scratch, scratch, scratch. Like, it's like, like I don't even know, like, what am I doing? And then there's some of you who are like, Oh, I have some semblance of clarity. I have a direction, but I don't have words that maybe describe it. I don't have a title or tagline. Then there are those of you who have some, have the clarity and you don't know what to do with it. Like, you're like, I know what I'm called to do, but like, what do I do? So anyway, regardless, we're going to be going through all of that stay so you can be fully equipped and taking action.

Now you're also Going to walk away with, from today, my three step formula for transforming your calling from an idea, or maybe even a feeling into an authentic evergreen, mostly passive business. So crazy. I'm going to be talking to you guys a lot about my business model today and revealing to you what that looks like and talking about money can be a weird thing, talking about profit and stuff like that for some people. But I don't think so. I don't think that money needs to be weird. And I actually think that we should normalize the blessings that God is gifting us as kingdom entrepreneurs, whether those blessings are financial, whether those blessings are opportunity, whether those blessings are clients that he brings us or mentors, that he brings us our friendships that he brings us.

Y'all like I was Sitting yesterday. I was taking a bath last night and had been a really long day. Cause I did this, which is like such a high level of energy. I had two clients, I was playing with the kids and like just all the things and I'm taking a bath and I'm just, Oh my gosh, all of the, the Gloria,

Yes, favor that God has gifted me like in the past year, three years. But, but even more so in the past year, like friendships that are God sent and mentors that are God sent and allowing me to see the Bible in a new way, letting those, those words come to life, become a living word for allowing me to deepen my spiritual growth. Just like it's not always financial. And I think that we should talk about favor and provision as entrepreneurs more openly. You know, everyone else is talking about it, but we're over here. Like, but I'm a Christian. So should I, should I, should I like, okay, so we're going to get away. We're going to get away from that today. And we're going to talk about possibility because I believe that when you began walking in the calling that God has for you, he has provisioned favor glory in store for you.

And he just wants you to trust him for long enough for him to gift it to you so that you can then begin making an impact, doing the things that light you up. He has sent me the clients. Okay. Like all of you that are on here right now, who are clients of mine? You are God sent. I didn't come after you. I didn't do paid advertising to get you. I did nothing but podcast. And you're over here, like steps my personal, yes, because God planted that for you. And then he brought you to me so that I could help you on that journey. There are relationships that God is orchestrating and we have to trust in it, all that to say, we're going to talk about some money today. Okay. Who's here for that. Who's here to talk about money today. Who's like, yes.

Tell me all the things. All right, what are you gonna walk away with? So you are going to walk away with a plan for taking your clarity baseline and moving it across my three step passive business builder, blue blueprint. Say that three times fast. You guys know, I love my BS, right? My three-step passive business builder blueprint. Woo. That is basically six to 12 months to having my exact business model. I didn't say my income level. I didn't say my exact profit. I didn't say my exact profit margin, but I said my business model. And here's what I know for sure. For sure. For sure. I know that. I know that. I know that. I know somebody said that to me once I loved it so much. So I always use it. What? I know what I know, what I know is that when you have my business model, it is so scalable.

It is so fun. It is so easy. It allows you to show up one to many instead of one-to-one and it allows you to live your life. It allows you to spend time with your kids to spend time with your spouse, to lay down, work on the weekends, to get off and cook dinner for your family every night. If that's what you want. That's those are the things that I want. It allows me to work less than 30, sometimes 40 hours a week. If I'm doing launches or things like this. But typically like when everything's just normal, 30 hours a week and you guys, I have, God has blessed me with more income in this last 12 months than I've ever had in my entire life. I'm an amount that was never even on a vision board, because I was like that ain't for me, I don't even know like what he's got jokes, right?

He's like, Oh, your dream is so cute. But actually my dream is bigger for you. Okay? Yes. Thank you, Lord. Like I'm so here for that, whatever he wants to do, but it was because when we get that clarity, we're tested to see if we're going to take, we're going to take action. We're going to be obedient to have that discipline. You know, like I told you guys yesterday in that verse from Hebrews 12, 11, Hebrews 12, 11, all discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful yet to those who have been trained by it afterwards, it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness. We have to be disciplined and obedient when we received the call. So that then his dreams can become a reality instead of ours. But you also need to have the what. Okay. But what, and that's where my tacticals are going to help you today.

So let's start with going through what is my three step passive income business blueprint. Y'all ready for that. You ready to find out? Let's do this. Oh, I wish I could see your chat, your comments. It's okay. My girls are taking good care of you guys, right? Okay. So what we're going to talk about right now is what this actually looks like. So I want you to have a big picture vision of where you're going. So the very first step step number one is that you have to clarify your calling. You've got to know the direction in which you are being called to go, which yesterday we talked about the four tiers of beginning to operate in your calling. And I have shared with you guys a PDF, it's a file inside of the mompreneur mastermind group called the four tiers to clarify your calling.

And it's gonna, it walks you through what we did yesterday. So please download that. It's my gift to you to begin doing this work on your own. But in, in essence, it's your passions, which we discussed yesterday at length. If you guys missed yesterday's training, please go listen ASAP. I also put it up on my podcast so you can check it out there. If you are an audio person. Now, the other side was skills. So you were doing those two things. Now, angel did a bonus training for you guys this morning, which talked a little bit about also like looking at your experiences. So that's another bonus category that you guys can add to the download that you print, which is experiences, life experiences. Like I said yesterday, your life leaves clues, the things you have done and done well are all part of the journey.

They're all pieces of your ultimate puzzle. So you can add in experiences skills, and then take a look at what of these three buckets. What do they all have in common? And how do I pull from them a common denominator. Now, sometimes that gets really sticky for people. The, how do I pull this all together into a nice, neat little package? So that's where I say, if you're getting stuck there, move to the avatar, it helps. If we get ourselves out of our vision, we pivot to the who, who are we serving? How are we serving them? And then do my passion skills and experiences 

Equip Me, give me the authority in to start teaching. That's where you start. That is the beginning. That is the essence of clarity. Okay. Then though you really have to fine tune that, which is what those of you coming with me in clarify, you're calling my group coaching program are going to get, you're going to get my brain, my tacticals to work with you on this so that you have title tagline, avatar, pillars keywords, SEO, messaging, et cetera. So that you're like really super clear on what your plan is moving forward. So that's step one. You have to know where you're going. So you can what? Walk in it so that you can walk in it. Like we talked about from Isaiah yesterday. Okay. Number two, the second step is you have to grow an authentic audience using your voice, growing an authentic audience, using your Voice. That is mine.

They're talking about my passive business blueprint. Okay. And so we're going to talk about what this looks like in a minute. Let me make sure. Yes. Okay, great. Actually, I started going through this, so I'm getting ahead of myself. And then the third step is we're going to create the solution I have decided to create or, or uncovered how to gift people, the solution that solves their number one problem. So let me give you an example. So I have clarity on my calling. Okay, what am I? Because I'm a visual learner. I am a clarity coach for Christian mompreneurs or Christian bled women. I then help them get clarity on their calling. We start a podcast so that they can share their impact with the world and grow an audience authentically. And then finally I solved their number one problem, which is then how to monetize the voice, how to monetize the podcast, using courses and coaching. I have three steps in what I do. That's my entire business model. I have helped probably now Hundreds, I don't even know.

Hundreds of people have the same business model. Okay. So for example, I'll use an example. Chelsea, Jo, I saw her pop on. She's one of my good friends on this webinar. So Chelsea Jo has clarity on her calling. What does she do? She helps people systemize their life. She helps busy working moms, systemize their life, get it together, girl. Right. So how does she do it? She then has a podcast that she shares all of her knowledge. She connects with her moms. She serves them. They trust her. And then what does Chelsea do? She has identified the number one problem that her work from home moms have, which takes us to step three, which is helping them systemize their life through her passive. E-Course the systemize your life Academy, right, right. Shells. Right? So that the name anyways. And then it goes through all these different buckets of this work from home mom's life to help her systemize get organized, get productive, get efficient, love for life, et Cetera. Boom,

Boom. Okay. That's it. Let me think of another example. My other good friend, Tracy Ren. So clarify your calling. What is Tracy's calling? She helps X new age entrepreneurs partner with God to walk in their truth. What does God have to say for them? She's helping these X new majors transition out of the new ways. New age into a God led life in their marriage, motherhood and mindset. So what does she do? She podcasts. Yeah. And she spreads value. She shares scripture. She talks to X new wager. She pours into them and then they trust her and they love her. And then what does she do? Step three. She solves their number one problem. What is their number one problem. They need help transitioning out of new age or they've just transitioned out and their baby Christians going, ah, how do I operate in God's word instead of the world's way?

How do I like reframe my whole life? How do I fix my marriage and my motherhood and my business as now a Christian instead of a new ager. So Tracy Wren has two courses that she helps them solve those problems. Do you guys get this? Are you seeing how my business model works? No matter what your calling is, it works. It's so good. So let's go through a little bit more specifically. So like I said, step one is to clarify your calling. This is what we did yesterday. And again, there's so much more work to do there. I gave you guys like a drip, a drip. So those of you that are starting to get clarity off of just yesterday. Imagine, just imagine with me what 30 days would look like as we dig really deep into that clarity work and your purpose and your calling. And we clarify your calling from the bottom up. Like, can you imagine? So for those of you that are in that step,

Come on, girl. I got you. Okay. Challenge for a second. On a scale of one to 10, how clear are you on your calling? How clear are you? Do you have the following? Do you have a title? Do you have a tagline? Do you have a mission? Do you have an avatar? And then do you know all the pain points for your person? Do you have the whole picture? Let me know. On a scale of one to 10, 10 being, I am the most clear. I know that. I know that. I know.

I know. Tell me, I want to see If I get out of here. If I get out of here, I can see your comments, but just for like a second. It's so sad. Oh, let's see. Okay. We've

Got a two. We've got a four. We've got a nine, 10. We've got a seven. We've got a two. We've got an eight. What else? What other number? Where are you guys out on a scale of one to 10? Let us know. No. Okay. So let's keep going. So step two is

Once you've got clarity and I would, I would wait. You need to be an eight to a 10 here, maybe seven, seven to a 10, seven to a 10 on that scale before you go to step two. So any of my sisters up in here that are a one to a six, you want to come with me and begin your journey with call and group coaching program. Okay. Which is like I said, one time only. So you gotta like now, now, why am I doing this to you? I'm doing this to you because it's the beginning of a brand new year. And by the end of the year, I would, I would be so, so, so over the moon, excited, full of joy in my heart of hearts. If I had helped 50 of you, I don't know. 30 of you, even 10 of you have my exact business model by the end of the year.

Because then, then all you do is pour fuel on that fire. You do more of the same. You don't even look up the number one piece of advice I give. All of my clients is stop looking up, stop doing all the things, stop doing what everyone else is doing. Just do this one business model. I've proven it, improving it, improving it, improving it. That's it. And I'm gonna teach you how to do it. So you want to start with me in step one, clarify your calling dodgy R eight.com. If you're one to six. Now, if you are a six to a 10 in your clarity, if you're like, yeah, I'm a seven. Like I know what I'm doing. I've got a mission. I've got a tagline. It feels really clear. It feels super specific. It feels laser focused. Give or take just a bit. Then you're going to move to step two so you can guys can see the big picture of where I'm going to take you over the next six to 12 months.

Step two is to grow in authentic micro niche, focused audience, using your voice, giving it away. It's podcasting, duh, you guys know it. You know, I'm all about it. Podcasting the funnel. It's the funnel. That's it. I don't know. Pay for paid. I don't do paid advertising. I do not pay for Google clickety. Click clicks. I don't have Tik TOK, wick, talker, Twitter, Witter. Nope. None of it. I don't even have to have social media if I don't want it for real podcasting is the entire funnel. Do you guys hear me? If that's the only thing you hear me say today, here this here, this podcasting is the funnel here's podcasting. Okay. When you start to podcast using your voice, you can show up brawls and flawless with all your glory, with your ice coffee, with your kombucha, whatever. And you can just use your voice.

Don't over-complicate it, it doesn't need to be fancy. I recorded my phone literally half the time. My kids normally make some type of noise. I'm a mom get over it. You know, like I don't edit 60% of my shows are completely unedited. Yeah. I know that you guys don't care. If I say I'm a real human being. So what it's authentic, it's real. It's raw. I simplify it. I simplify it. I show up and I serve Lola. I solve and I solve and I solve and I solve all those problems. Right? And just like I gave you the example of Chelsea and Tracy, they show up once a week, twice a week and they serve and they serve and they serve and they solve and they give and they give. And when you start to serve and solve from a place of service, your person begins to have a transformation.

And when your person sees a transformation, they'll believe in you and they'll go, that's my person. Steph's my person for Christian led business. She's my person for pot. She's my person for podcasting. She's my person for taking my, my, my calling and making it into a business. Oh, I need to systemize my life. I need to get my life together. My motherhood in order my marriage in order and have different, you know, efficiencies and systems Chelsea, Joe's my person. Oh my gosh. I'm an ex new ager. And I need to really get clear with God and walk in his, his light for me instead of the world and the occult light for me, like Tracy runs my person, right? So those are my examples of showing you guys, why podcasting is everything now? How does podcasting explode? It explodes because you have extraordinary clarity without clarity. Podcasting will not work for you. Maybe if you're like a magician, but if you don't know who you're talking to, what you're saying, what their triggers are, what their keywords are, what they need from you, what they want from you, then you're not going to grow the show. You know, I've worked with people who were like, yeah, I started a podcast. I'm like, great. What's it about? And they're like, you know, life, business, motherhood, my shoes, my favorite toothpaste.

Y'all I'm over there. Like, okay. Okay, great. So we're going to have some work to do like, Oh man, you got to have a micro niche. You need to know who your person is. So like, if I was to talk about my Lola, all of you for a minute, I would know that you guys were tired of being on social media, 24 seven. I know that you are so exhausted. You have mom guilt because you were trying to grow your business all the wrong ways. You're floundering. You are unfulfilled because you're going after the wrong vessels, you don't even know which vessel is for you. You don't understand online marketing. You think you have to have a funnel. You think you have to spend hundreds of dollars a month on fancy software. Spoiler. You don't need any of that. You don't meet any of that. What you need is clarity and a microfoam girl.

Yes. And you just Gotta be intentional with your time and get over perfectionism. Perfectionism. Perfectionism is a tool from the enemy, keeping you guys from showing up in your, in your messy imperfection, which is the way that God created us all to be the only perfect person perfect was Jesus. And the only perfect thing on planet earth is, is God, right? Like we, none of us are perfect. We all sin. We all have our weirdness, we, our awkwardness. And I think as we start to show up in that it normalizes it for other people, for our people. So as we show up in our messiness to our specific person and we solve their problems on our podcast, they trust us. They trust us. So let me give you an example. So with Lola, you guys pain points, you're like, how do I podcast stuff? I'm scared of podcasting.

I have comparisonitis who am I? Imposter syndrome. Unworthiness. Self-conscious you don't know what your content should be. You don't know who your person is. You don't know how you'll make money at this thing. You want to have a course, but you don't know how to make it. You you want to maybe run a mastermind, but you're scared. You're, you're held back and fear. Maybe you want to write a book, but you're like, how do I write a book? Maybe you want to have a journal, but you don't know how to publish. Like you have so many things and wishes and your heart. Oh. And by the way, you're you're most of you are moms. Most of you, I would 10% of my market. Who's not moms. And I have 2% who are men.

Anyway, if you, any of you resonate with any of those pain points, I just said, comment them below because here's what I do. I show up on the podcast and I go, let's talk girl, like let's bash comparisonitis today. Sister three steps to starting your own podcast. Two steps to laying down social. So you can pour into your kids. 20 ways to come up with content 20 different ways. How to uncover your keywords, what is SEO and how to do it, how to hear from God in your business. Like those are my podcast episodes. And they're connecting with you because you won you beautiful. You are my person. If I was talking to everybody, nobody would listen. I can't talk about God led business one day and biohacking the next day you can, you can, when you become the brand, when you have 2 million downloads girl, you can talk about anything because your people love you for you. And they're like, whenever Felicia's about, I'm about right. But most of us aren't there yet. And we definitely don't start there. There will be a day. I promise that you can talk about your cat. You can talk about your dog. You can talk about your shoes, but it's not yet. You have to earn it. You have to earn it out. Can I, can I just be honest with you guys for a minute? Let me know if I can be honest with you, drop it in the chat. Can I

Let me clear my throat then? And then, and then, and then okay. Nobody gets to skip the ugly, messy, awkward,

Hard, embarrassing, debilitating, full of judgment. Full of fear. Part of this journey. None of you get to go from, I have an idea to making 10 K a month. No one gets to do that. And if you are following a coach that is telling you that they're lying to you to take your money. Yeah. If you are following a coach that tells you to just create a tiny offer and run it with Facebook ads, that you're going to all of a sudden be you running into a two, three 5k profit a month lies. You don't get to miss the part. That's the hard part, eight and a half years. I've been in this game and only the last year has been the explosion. I've had good years in there and I've had awful years the whole time though. I was okay, what is it? What is it seeking, seeking, searching, going action.

Figuring it out. Messy mess. See, like I said, yesterday, go watch my horrible lives from 2016, go to my YouTube channel. It's hilarious. It really is like, just please laugh with me and not at me. Okay. But my point is that I didn't get to miss that awkward part. Every one's going to have that. So you have to stop being afraid of the mess. You have to stop operating from a space of fear because that's not for us. Fear is from the enemy and God has equipped you. He's going to equip you with what to say with how to say it. You have to get out of here out of your head and you have to move to your heart to a place of service. The easiest way to do this sisters is to get your Lola in your mind and to talk directly to her, stop doing this for you.

Stop doing it to make money, stop looking for the easy answers and just get to work, get to work, serving for free. I promise you, this is one promise I can make good on all day, every day, Monday through Sunday, let's get it. When you serve an impact from a place of what God has gifted you, what you know how to start teaching. And I promise you, you know, something to start teaching, to start showing up for it will come full circle. There will always be an anointing at the end of service, there will always be favor at the, at the end of giving. Every time you will be rewarded for your obedience and discipline. And that's where it starts. That's where it starts. Okay. Messy, messy, messy action. Okay. Shall we move on? Shall we go to step three? So this is my step two girls. You're like, I have clarity on a scale of one to 10, between seven and 10. You're going to move into step two, which is podcasting. And I have a gift for you. Why are we podcasting? Right. Why would we podcast and how does it work? So just to give you guys a visual let me see if I talk about this here. Yeah. Okay, good. So when I started the show, I had a semblance of clarity. I was a seven K. I was a seven on the, on the clarity scale. I helped Christian mompreneurs. I, at the time I helped, I helped mompreneurs cause I was kind of afraid of stepping into the Christian space as well. Which is, you know, operating in fear. And also I felt like an imposter. I'm like, Oh, I don't know every ounce of the Bible. Like who am I? And so I didn't start there, which is okay. We can, sometimes we can tip toe in and then allow God to work through us and work on us. So I started with mompreneur mastermind.

That was October of two, 2019. So it's been over two years now. Yeah. And anyway, I just started talking, you know, I'm like, okay, today we're going to learn like, what is a brand? I started with really basic stuff that I think of when I think of like online entrepreneurship and I started there and what happened was the women started to find me because I was speaking directly to a mompreneurs specifically. And then, you know, God started to prompt me to like bring some prayer in and to give him credit for things. And like those prompting started to grow. And about six months into the show, I just ripped off the bandaid. Maybe even sooner, probably three months in. I was like, that's it, hi, I'm a Christian. Like, I'm going to bring God into this podcast as well. This is for the Christian mompreneur or the faith led entrepreneur, not everyone I talked to as a Christian.

And that's amazing. Like I'm so here for anybody, but they're definitely at least open to listening to me pray. Cause you know, you guys, I go off, I spout off about some Jesus. So the show, it exploded my very first month I had 700 downloads and then some of you were like, Whoa was 700 downloads. It's amazing. But remember I already had an audience. I had an audience that I brought over from Facebook. I brought my audience from Facebook over onto the show. So I had an audience and I had 700 downloads. Well, it's crazy because now, now a little bit over two years later, we are, we have 350,000 downloads. We get 30,000 downloads a month. It won't be long before I have a half a million and then a million. And then once you have a million, you are literally the top zero point 0.05%.

If I can do that without paid advertising, without running ads, without doing it anything fancy without working 60 hours a week to grow my brand without answering every single DM, by the way, on Instagram or comment without even being on Instagram that much, maybe an hour a day, max Monday through Friday, maybe half an hour. So can you, so how did it work? Well, I figured out who my person was absolute clarity. I then stepped up into it with massive authority, even though I didn't really feel like an authority. I just said, that's it. God will equip me. I'm here. I figured out their SEO. I figured out their keywords. I figured out their titling. I figured out what they wanted. I started giving, giving, giving, giving, serving, serving, serving, serving as much as I possibly could for free for free. And then I poured fuel on the fire with Pinterest.

Pinterest is a great way to market, which I have my Pinterest mini course for those of you that, yeah, I need that help. And then I just didn't look up ready. I didn't look up for too whole years. I have not tried a different strategy. I do not have any fancy things. I don't even do reels. I don't even know how to do reels. Like who has time for that? Okay. I have done nothing fancy, but the same thing over and over and over again. Why does this work sisters? This works because what you focus on grows. And I didn't come up with that. There's some other fancy person that said that. Okay. What you focus on grows period. So when you're focusing on that, this and this and this and this and this and this and this and this. Do you think anything is growing?

Nothing grows when you are distracted. Nothing grows when you're trying the new thing over and over again. And I hear it all all the time. You guys, I know how hard it is. Someone gets in my DM. Oh my gosh. Steph, are you on parlor? Like I'm blowing up. I have a million leads. Oh my gosh. It's amazing. I'm like great. That's not for me. I've picked my thing and I will not deviate from my thing. My thing is my thing is my thing till the end. Okay. And I'm not saying I'll never try something new, but for right now today, until this is out a million downloads, I'm not looking up. I am not looking up. And that's where, where I want you guys to come along with me for 2021. So then what do we do? Well, this sounds great stuff. This sounds all so nice and fun and easy.

And I'm so here for it. But like, how do I make money? How many of you were like, okay, great. Like this sounds so fun. I'm willing to do this with you. I'm willing to be messy. I'm willing to get clarity. But then like, how do I actually make money? And those my podcast and girls that are on this live right now, how many of you are like, I'm ready to monetize? Like I need to make some money at this stuff. Like help me go next level. I want to rank. So there's something called the ranking on your podcast. You can get top 100. And then here's where we are. And then we discover what our Lola's number one problem is. And we solve it. We solve it with an implementation solution. Show me how to podcast. And I'm like, and you guys, like, nobody wants to coach on starting a podcast. One-On-One I'm like click the button like in your microphone. Here's how you add it. You're not always going to know the final thing you have to get started to know. So then we went into step two, which is podcasting. Go to the corner of a room where nobody's looking at you awkward and just pray to God, see what he has for you. I want you to work with God on visualizing on vision casting. What? Working 30 hours a week would look like sitting behind a mic, sharing your heart. Once you know that clarity, this is not going to feel hard because you're going to know what you're saying, how you're saying it, how you're serving and I will help you come up with what's the thing that you can then monetize with in step three. And so that's all you're going to do. What would it look like? And you do it until, and I'm here for that. So like, what would that look like for you? I want you to just pray. And then I want you to journal over it. Do a vision cast six to 12 months from now. What does it look like? Feel like, what is your day? Like, how are you impacting serving, solving? And in six to 12 months, you're probably making money too. It's all based on your super fan number.
