Some hearts. If you can see this slide. So welcome to day one of the workshop And the first thing that I want to ask you guys is chatbox challenge questions. Am I recording? Yes. Perfect. You guys technology. Okay. All right. So my first question is what did you want to be when you grew up?

What did you guys want to be when you grew up? I want to know, drop it in the chat. I'm going to tell you funny story. When I was younger maybe seven to 10. I wanted to become an author. I wanted to be an author and write a book. And my mom found a piece of paper in my early thirties. And on it, it said, why do you want to be when you grow up? And I had written down an author, but I had spelled it wrong. I thought that was so funny because I'm, God's always got jokes. And he's like, yeah, this, you know, stuff's going to be an author, even though she can't spell. So I'm like, okay, I'm here for it, Lord. But anyways your, your childhood often leaves clues of what your calling is. And we're going to talk about what a calling even means in a little bit here, but I want you guys to identify, what did you want to be when you grew up, drop it in the chat so that we can see some of those maybe clues start to come through today. All right, today, we're going to learn why clarifying your calling is a must for ultimate traction in your life.
Yes.

We're going to learn how I finally clarified my own calling and how God has used it to create a ripple of change. So, and I'll tell my story with you guys a little bit in a little bit as well, but like clarity was not overnight. Clarity is an evolution of growth. It, clarity comes through really messy, messy, messy action. It comes through fumbling your way forward. It comes through partnering with God and exploring the word and, and what he has in store for you. Clarity is not just something that's going to come down like a Thunderbolt and strike you and go here is the answer. Here is the answer that you've been looking at praying for. It's just not the way that it works. Sadly. So we're then going to talk about though. Okay. Well, if it's, if it's an evolution, if clarity is something that we have to work towards, then how do we begin this process?

And it all starts, I believe with a lot of inner exploration and removing all of the worldly thoughts and clutter that come in to our minds on a day-to-day basis and really getting absolute clarity over where to begin. We need a direction, right? We need it. We need a direction of where God wants us to go so that he can continue to foster that clarity. So today we're going to be going through my four step formula for uncovering the foundations of your God crafted calling. That's right. God crafted. Now, what are you guys going to walk away with? What you're going to walk away with is an idea of what your calling might be and where to go from there, an invitation and also an invitation to work with me in a one-time full immersion group coaching program, to clarify your calling. So let me talk about that for a second, because I know that people get weird and I'm like, Aw, stuff's going to sell something in here.

Absolutely. Because some of you are going to be ready. Some of you were like, Oh my gosh, I'm ready to do this work. I'm ready to take this walk. And you'll know if I'm your person or not. God will put that on your heart. And what I want to say to you guys is like, I don't expect any of you to spend any money. I'm just here to bless you today. So if at the end of this workshop, you're like that group coaching thing. That's not for me right now, or it's financially not in the cards or whatever. Great. I'm so, okay with that. And I want you to be okay with that. I want you to fully immerse yourself in this workshop with no expectation. I don't have any expectations. I'm just like, okay, God, I'm here for it. I'm willing to be obedient and, and just show up today and give, okay.

So I don't want to surprise anybody. There will be an invitation to my group coaching program. You don't have to take it. You'll know. I promise you. You will know if it's for you. So I just wanted to let you go, okay, next step let's get started. So why we, I want to first discuss this concept of like operating in your calling. So why are we often not operating in our calling? And what I think is interesting is that most of the women that I work with, you know, the hundreds it's of coaching clients and the people that are in PPU and the women that go on to podcast to profit until they get to the PPU stage, the podcasting stage, they're not even operating in their calling, they're operating in what the world has said that they are okay. We are often operating in what we went to school for, because we didn't really know what to pay.

Who knows what to pick when you're 19. And you're like, let me get into college. And I am forced to pick this major and do this thing. I mean, you guys, it's really hard to know what you're feeling is when you're that age. So we pick something and then we're like, well, I guess we're stuck here. And then the world tells us, you are only worth that degree. You can only do whatever it is that your parents said you should do. You are way too stable financially to leave that job and chase after some pipe dream, that doesn't really make sense that you have no idea how it's going to make you money. Let me tell you guys something, ladies, when you start to operate in your calling work, it often isn't profitable. Okay. Like when God said start a podcast and I went from network marketing, and I'm going to talk about my story in a sec.

But like when I went from thing to thing to thing, the calling was the most confusing piece of it all because I'm like, but God, how does that make money? And like, you know, assistance got some bills up in here and God's like, daughter, trust me. And we have, you have to remember that money comes from God anyway. So when we say yes to that obedience of what he wants in our lives, he will provide. And he always does. And he is so good. He is so fruitful, but this is why we often are not operating in our calling. How many of you are doing something right now that you do not think is your calling the direction of your calling? I want to hear if you're so willing, if you're willing to be brave and you're willing to say that you're unsure if you're operating your calling, I want to hear that. Now, let me share a verse with you guys that I think will really resonate with you for, so the plans I have for you declares the Lord Plans to prosper you and not To harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. This is from Jeremiah 29 11.

What I love so much about this verse is, Is that God's plans for you then Started before you were even here, Right? His plans For you, you have been so beautifully and carefully made and orchestrated from birth with all of these. Interweavings of all the beautiful, incredible giftings that he has, that only he can give you. And they're here right inside of your heart. And, and when we're born, we're, we're destined for these gifts. The plans are already in place, the road and the bricks that they're laid, but we, we get in the way the world gets in the way other people's thoughts and ideologies for your life and whatever else gets in the way. And sometimes we lose track of what that calling
B actually, I think we all do. Okay. So the good news, the good news

Is that you've been led right here today to talk about this and to start to open the doors, to begin taking the steps towards the calling that God has for you. And here's what he promises us. Scripture is alive. And this is what God promises us, that he is not, he's not going to harm us. He has plans to give us hope and a future plans to prosper you. So when we begin walking in the plans he has for us, we're not going to suffer. Yes, it's hard, but we're not going to suffer. You're not going to never make money at your calling because when we're doing the work that God has in store

For us, we prosper, I will share With you guys now what happened for me? So as we set out to do the things right here on planet earth we keep saying Switching, we keep trying new things. We keep setting out to do something different because we have this feeling of unfulfillment to any of you have this like, underlying feeling that maybe something's missing. You're a little bit unfulfilled. So you start, so you've stopped and you're like, I'll leave the job.

I'll go get a new job. I'll go to corporate. Let me try this thing over here. Or maybe, You know, you start a different network marketing company. Cause it must be the company or it must be the thing. Like you're constantly searching because it just doesn't quite fit Feel right. But instead of praying, we turn to, maybe I just need more money. I need a bigger salary. I need to change a pace. I don't like Felicia, you know, Felicia in the cubicle and 21,

A like she's got attitude, You know? And you're like, I gotta get out of here. This is look, I have so been there. So going from corporate, I went from this small financial firm and I'm like, Ooh, I don't like it here. I don't like it here. It's the people, it's these guys that run the office and they don't, they don't value me. And I worked so hard and they don't see me. So I left and I went to a big corporation and in the big corporation, I worked my butt off and I climbed that corporate ladder ladies. I climbed it. I was really successful by all the worldly standards and yet I still felt unfulfilled. And I decided that, Oh, it must be the people who work here, it must be that you know, the line of work, it's gotta be something something's wrong with this picture.

So I started to hate that job. And then the company shut down and I was like, okay, well what can I do from home? Cause we were ready to have kids. So I got into network marketing and network marketing started to feel more, right? So here's the cool thing. As you begin to, you know, walk in life and you start and you try and you do new things it will leave clues until you get in the exact positioning that God has for you. And you're really open and you're really surrendering to that. Well, I was not surrendering to any of that. And I was in full control at this point, late twenties, I got into network marketing, but it felt more in alignment. I loved leading women. I loved sales and marketing and online and I loved all of that stuff. I was thriving in some of those areas that were eventually positioned for me in my calling work, but I didn't know it.

And then here's the crazy creepy little thing is that the enemy loves to use some of our giftings against us when we're not operating in alignment with what God wants. So the enemy kind of put more and more in front of me to allow success, to become an idol. And just all of the things you guys have heard my story, right? Like I allowed success and money and rank to become an idol in my life. And it wrecked me because what is he going to be, want to steal, kill and destroy? And yes he does. And we cannot let him do it. No sir, not today, Satan. So God stepped in. Thank goodness. And my business crumbled. Now you might be thinking like, well, how is that a good thing? Your business crumbled my business crumbled so that I would be at rock bottom so that I could find my worthiness and my purpose again, through him, which I did, which I started to journal over.

What do you want me to be? Who do you want me to become? God? And it was this moment of like pure surrender. And I was in church one day and the worship music was just coming through and I had this moment of pure surrender. And at that moment, Holy spirit just fully washed through. It was like I was completely baptized in the spirit. And at that moment I decided there must be a different and a new calling on my life. I didn't know what it was, but I said, I'm here for it. God use me, use my voice, use my feet, use my heart, use my spirit. I'm here for you. I want to partner with you and whatever it is that you have for me. And I was willing, that was the very first step was I was willing to walk in what God had for me.

So I begin to feel this sense of fulfillment, which is so interesting because I wasn't making any money. None not let's get that straight. If you guys have heard my story, you know, there was a point where I had to borrow money from my son miles savings account to pay the bills. We sold my husband's Harley Davidson at one point. And it was rough. It was a rough year. That was my Brittany Spears year. If you guys have heard me say that, you know where she shaved her head and she, she hits the car with the bat and she's like losing it. Like that was my year. But at the same time, when everything seems to be falling apart, God's restoring me. And he's beginning to lay the foundations for where I'm sitting right now. Now, why am I sharing all of this with you? I am sharing this with you because when we're operating in our calling, it doesn't always feel good. Okay. Let me share one of the verses that God showed me for my year he's he's, God's got jokes. You know what I'm saying? It's Hebrews 1211, all discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful yet to those who have been trained by it afterwards, it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness. So I was being disciplined.

God is so good. I had to be disciplined in order to, in order to be willing to steward what he had for me in order for me to be willing to steward all of you, the clients that he's given me, the provision and the favor that he's given me. I wouldn't have been able to steward that for kingdom. Good. Three and a half years ago, four years ago, five years ago, whatever that was. I wasn't ready. So sometimes as you're being prepared for your calling to break free and for you to have like, Oh, that's what it is. I see it. I feel it I'm going to operate in it. There's some discipline that has to take place. Okay. So I'm sharing that with you guys because my road to clarity was not overnight and yours will not be either, but I hope that today we can begin this journey together. So chatbox [inaudible]. Hi everybody. Oh, I see Michelle. I'm getting closer, Ryan. I finally feel an alignment. Charity needs a little bit more alignment. Becky feels okay. Thanks, Becky. Susie is an exploration. D is thankful to be stepping in. Amen. Sister. Cara feels like she's doing what she's supposed to be doing. Good. So a lot of you are feeling like you're beginning to find that semblance of clarity. And let me tell you, keep digging into it. Don't give up on what you're discovering. It's I was telling my friend Tracy ran. I don't know if you're on this live right now. Trace. I can't see. But I was telling her this morning, I'm like, girl, it's like, we're playing a God version of clue. You know? It's like, I'm playing this God version of clue. And God's like, it's so fun. It's like, here's the envelope and here's your little, the little wrench.

And here's the little thing. And like, but instead of like discovering who, who did the murder, you're discovering like your greatest calling, like you're, you're like, you're like heavenly the heavenly book that he has for you. And you're like, I'm getting there, I'm getting there. I'm getting there. So like keep digging into that. It's so fun. All right. So let's dig into some tactical. So now I've really talked to you guys a lot about like what clarity is. And I think I've probably, I think that you guys believe me that you have a calling, right? You believe that you have one, and then I've talked to you guys about the fact that it is not overnight, that you're going to have an evolution of seeking. So I think you're with me, you've kind of heard my story and how it ultimately led me to here, but it was very messy muddled.

And until I surrendered in it, I wasn't ready. I wasn't disciplined and obedient enough to receive that, that divine intervention of what it was. And now it's becoming, even now, it's still becoming more. There's more and there's more and there's more of what God wants for us. And so it's so fun as we start to dig into all of that. But let me tell you what the secret is. Okay? The secret, the absolute secret to peacefulness in your life to prosperity and to purpose is beginning to walk towards and seek after your calling. That's what it is. The reason I was unfulfilled in all the other things that I have been doing in my life prior to literally being a clarity coach. So fun again, God's got jokes and I'm helping you guys use your voice using podcasting and then creating passive strategies with you guys that serve the world create impact.

Is that it wasn't in my calling. It wasn't it. And so it was, God was like, not quite daughter, not quite daughter. You're getting closer. Almost their daughter. Yeah. Yeah. Trust me. Trust me. The money's not here. Do you trust me yet? Do you trust me yet? I just got a new necklace and it's a mustard seed, right? Because we have to have faith, just faith. The size of a mustard seed will explode your entire life. We have to get out of the way. So we have to uncover and clarify your calling. And we're going to start doing that right here. Right now. Who's here for it. We are not going to worry about money. I want you guys for me today. Just today. Put the Money aside. Don't worry about that.

God made money. He's going to take care of you, boo. Okay. God made money. He's going to take care of you. It's just a resource. I have a money episode coming up this week. You're going to love it. You're going to love it. We're not going to worry about the newest, best, coolest thing. Okay? No, we're not. We're going to lay that aside. We're not going to worry about what Suzy, no offense offenses. I know you're on here, Susie or Felicia or [inaudible] whoever is doing because her calling is different than your calling. And here's another thing. Even if you're calling a similar to someone else's right, like I have clients and friends who operate in a very similar calling space as me.

We're still different. We are Still different. And there is enough to go around. God did not anoint you with your thing so that you can worry that you're not equipped or that somebody else is doing the same thing as you. So what, so what if you're fully in with what he wants for you, the way he wants for you, he'll deliver it through you. Boom. And you don't have to worry about anything else. You guys here for this today, drop me on whatever. Number three, if you're like, I'm here for this today. I am ready and willing to learn.

We receive it. So let's begin doing some soul searching. I want you
Based to understand something. God does not make extra, right?
This is a fact sisters. If we can accept that, if we, Except that fact, it means that we need to accept responsibility for what we're meant to do in the world. So I'm gonna get a little bit tough love with you real quick. Okay? We each have gifts, talents, abilities, perspective, and experiences that no one else shares of the billions and billions and billions of people on planet earth. No one shares the exact same story
That you share. Some of you Have walked through pain, hardship, trauma, Bankruptcy, divorce, abuse, pain, worldly pain. But let me tell you that God wastes Nothing. He wants You to use the things that you have been through To bless others.

And I just want you to know that you are equipped. You have whatever it takes. You have the bravery, you have the armor of God protecting you. As you step up to making those things that you have walked through, go transform from a test into a testimony. Okay? I want you to know that it's your responsibility to step up into the call, period. It's your responsibility. You have to do it when it feels too vulnerable. Welcome to the vulnerability hangover. Y'all are about to have that for the rest of your life. Once you start operating in your call because it's not comfy, okay, you're going to have to lay down the fear of man and switch it out for the fear of God. Instead, we're going to stop worrying about what other people think of us right here. Right now. We proclaim it. We're not here for that. Okay? We are going to have to accept that it's Mo it's foggy. You're not going to know where you're going. You're not going to know the end result, okay. Stuff. But if I start operating in my calling and you helped me figure it out, what does it mean? Like how, how much money will I make? What will I do with it? What will my, I don't know, girl. I don't know, But God knows. He wants you to step out in faith In,

If you don't understand a faith unseen, that's what it takes for him to begin to work through you. So let's begin talking about uncovering the journey, uncovering the first step to this marathon that you're about to embark on, which is clarity. Okay? It's not going to be overnight. No one at the end of this workshop is going to tell me I know exactly what I was created for. I can see the end result. I know where I'm going with 100% surety because we are not God, I am not God. I am literally just a vessel here today, going God, what do you want me to say? That's it. So what I'm here to tell you guys though, is that we can begin to uncover the clues that God has left. Each of you inside of your walk. So far here on earth, we can begin because once we begin and we begin to see a semblance of what this picture could be, we begin to get some words and revelation some ideas.

Then we can take that and we can make it tactical and we can take action on it. So what we're going to start with is skills versus passions. This is step one of the four tier situation. Okay? So from birth, you have had a unique blend of skills and passions. They have grown and evolved over time, but they are usually inherent to who you are and the way that God wired you, I'm going to give you guys a visual right now and I want you to get up in the chat. Okay? So when come with me on this visualization real quick, okay. You are a, you are 10 K and you are in a school play. There's the play at your school. You've got this stage. You guys are doing the play. Like, I don't know the three little pigs. We don't do that when we're 10, but anyway, have fun.

What are you doing? What are you you doing on that stage? Did you, did you help write the play with your teacher? Are you the person behind the scenes doing the lighting? Are you you front and center? Are you the big, bad Wolf? Cause you like, you love acting. You love being up on stage. Are you thinking incorrect? Are you the tree? But you're like good job, Joe. Where did to go? Like, who are you? Are you in the audience? Taking notes? Are you writing an article on how this play is going down right now? Now what are you doing? Tell me in the chat. Because from birth parent skills of who you are, are already there, the passions are already being cultivated. They're already being called. They're already there. So for me, I was for sure the Wolf, you know, I'm like, I'm up on the stage.

I'm learning teach. I'm like learning the lines. I love to perform. I'm encouraging people. I'm like, I'm like, Oh my gosh, Mary, you forgot your lines. You forgot your line. Huff, Huff puff. Like, you know, well, I'm like making sure that everybody's got this. I've always been that person. I've always been a leader. I've always been someone that God has used my voice. Now I didn't understand it until for 30 years, 32, whatever it took, like, but it was always being cultivated. So you guys, what were you doing when you were on that stage? Get in the chat and let us know. So here's what I want you guys to do. I want you to write a list for me. And this is part one of your homework for this, for today, for today's workshop. I want you to do some discovery, work with me.

It's time to get your limiting beliefs out of your head and to pave the way to true clarity. So what we're going to start with and you guys may be like, well, I've done this before, but you haven't done this by, by partnering with what God wants for you by really digging deeper into what you've always had. The foundations of who you've always been. So here's what I want you to do. I want you to list three to five passions you have on the left side of a piece of paper. Okay. Now what are passions? Passions are the things that light you up. They've always lit you up. They've always lit you up. Okay? Examples. Like you've always loved cooking and food and serving and having people over and community. Like you love that stuff. Maybe you love biohacking and health and figuring out the science of the body or the mind like that would be a passion.

Maybe you're passionate about Jesus. And that's actually a full-on passion, learning scripture, understanding the heavenly realms and what he has for you in spiritual giftings. And like you love to decipher scripture. Is that a passion of yours is your family a passion? What are your passions? You all know, you know, in your heart. And I want you to just pray with me real quick. Let's just pray that God delivers you guys. Some, some clarity right here in this space, over passions and skills. And we're going to let me tell you what skills are. And then we'll say a quick prayer that he will deliver you. Some insight skills, skills in contrast to passions. Are your, tacticals your tangible things

Like speaking. Okay. I love to speak. It's so funny though, Because when I was getting prepared and I would begin speaking, the enemy was trying to keep me from that gifting. And so he would, he would cover me in fear and attack me. And I would deal with spiritual warfare over, over public speaking. And I had to, I had to push through that because it was always something was there for me, but it was the fear. It was the fear and fear is not from God. Right? We know that fear isn't does not come from God. Fear comes from the enemy. So if there's any fears around your skills, we're going to wash that out of here. Okay. We're gonna wash that out girl. So let's talk about some examples of skills. It could be writing. It could be speaking. It could be teaching, leading skills could be mentorship skills could be

Yeah. Yeah. Any other skill, like tactical thing. Okay. Like think about what you do, what you, your jobs typically entail. That you're really, really, it's easy for you. And here's the piece that gets hard. It's easy for you. So you're like, is that really a skill? Is this really a passion? Yes. It really is. Just because something is easy for you does not mean it's easy for other people. Speaking is easy for me. That's why I know it's a spiritual gift that God has given me because I'm, it's not me. It's not me. Like I want to be able to do these things on my own. I have to partner with the strength. So let's say a quick prayer that you get some delivery right now of your passions and your skills. God, I just pray that these women would receive a download from you from Holy spirit of what their passions and skills are that have always been there for them from birth that you just planted in their hearts and minds right now, allow it to freely flow from their mind to their heart, through their pen, onto the paper, without any worry, without any distraction, without any, any one, any thought, any fear, any judgment, nothing comes through for them except the pure passion and the pure skills that you have for them that will lead them to clues over what their spiritual giftings and their callings are.

I just pray that you would anoint their pins in Jesus' name. Amen. Okay, perfect. So I want you guys to work on that and that's going to be part one of your homework. So anybody feeling stuck and you may not really have been able to dig it Did that yet. And you're going to do it in a little bit, but let me just tell you that you may be feeling a little bit stuck. So if it is, let me explain to you if you are it's okay. It's okay. This takes a lot of practice to really open up to what God has in store for you. So here's the truth. If we are going to get unstuck, we have to be willing to look at ourselves from almost like an outside perspective. You're not allowed to judge you. Like if you were meeting with your sister, let's say that you guys have a sister and you're sitting down to coffee and your sister is like, Oh, like, what am I good at stuff? Like, I feel like I'm not really good at anything. I feel like I'm just struggling, man. Like what, what do I, I'm not good at this.

I'm not good at that. No one would buy this. And you're looking at her like scene. You can like see the gifts that she has. And they're like obvious to you. And they're right here for her. And yet she's not willing to accept them. She's like, no, no, no. That's not for me. No, no, no. Like, I don't think I'm qualified for that. I don't think I can. And you're going girl, look at your gifting. Step up into your worthiness. Step up into what your giftings are. Like claim them. Yes, you have the right to do the work and the things that aren't even yours. They're from God. So sometimes you have to look at yourself from an outside perspective. And I know sometimes that's hard. So we're going to talk about the three PS in just a second. Now, if you're afraid to look at yourself in the mirror, you have to push through that fear.

You have to really tap into that inner confidence so that you can find those gifts because you are destined to be a ripple, right? You are destined. And here's the thing you can't tell yourself that lie, that somebody is already doing this, or somebody is already doing that. That doesn't belong here. This work that we are doing right now is just for you. It's just for you. It doesn't matter what comes through. It doesn't matter. Don't worry about the, how well, how does that become a business? We're not doing that right now. We're just seeing what God has for you. What comes through on the pen? Okay. You're messy. You're imperfect. I'm messy. I'm imperfect. I'm weird. You're weird. Okay. You're awkward. Whatever you are. That's the way God made us all. And so we need to just accept all of our different, the different pieces of who we are and know that that's on purpose on purpose with a purpose.

Woo. Okay. Are you guys having fun? Let me know if you're having fun. Okay. If you're getting stuck three P's that you can try. Number one. Pause. I want you guys, if you're getting stuck to just get off social media for a day. Yes you can. Yes, you can. I want you to clear your calendar for a day, a couple of hours. I want you to protect your time so that you can really meditate on what God has in store for you on God's word. Okay. Which then means pray. What do you do with that free time? You've just opened up.

Pray. We look to the world for our answers, right? Wow. What is, what is Bob doing? I wrote down that I'm so good at Michelle where said memory documenting. Okay. Well, if I'm so great at that thing, let's go see what everyone else is doing in that space. That's exactly what the enemy wants you to do, but you don't need to do what other people are doing in that space, because you're going to do it in your own space, in your own way, and God will deliver it to you. You don't have to worry about the, how isn't that refreshing. Did you guys hear me? You don't have to worry about the, how you don't have to know the way you just say yes, I accept it. I receive it. Show me and you believe, and you have trust that he's going to give you the steps. So you got to pray. You have to ask God for his guidance, pray over the words that come through on your passions and your skillsets. Ask him to give you more, ask him to lead you to scripture. That will help you see more clearly ask him to bless the new direction, the new clarity that he's gifted you. Okay. And then finally, if you're still stuck Pole, I want you to pull.

The people that know you the best that are maybe some spiritual mentors in your life. Maybe some positive influences that know you the best. Maybe a teacher, a friend, maybe your spouse And ask them, Hey, this is a super.

Weird question, but Stef's making me do it. What do you think I'm good at? What do you think I'm best at? What do you think is natural for me? What are my qualities? What, what shines through, when, what do you see that shines through from me? And like, can you write them down? I don't need you to tell me. Cause I feel a little weird, a little awkward. Just write them down and then I'll, I'll go away with your paper. You know? If any of you feel weird about that, it's okay. Because a lot often people can see the gifts in you before you can see the gifts in you. My friend one of my best friends, Stephanie Asher, one day we were doing a kind of a off the books, coaching session. Cause she's my best friend. And I was helping her uncover her thing. And she walked has walked through decades of sexual trauma and she was trying to figure out what her thing is. And I'm like, Oh my gosh, like you're supposed to empower these women through self-love to, you know, battle the sexual trauma that they have faced or the different traumas in their life and find the self worthiness. And Oh my gosh, your self love is Stefanie. And we came up with like all these things. It was like downloads. And I was telling her,

She was like, huh, you're a clarity coach. I was like, Oh, okay. There's a word for what I am. And so it was so funny because I was already operating in it, but I didn't have a name for it. I didn't know what it was, but she knew what it was. And so, So sometimes that will happen. Okay. Now,

Because we're going to move to defining your brand. So once you have some ideas of your passions and your skills, you to find common denominators and a theme to your niche. So sometimes we're looking at this list and we're like, Oh man, stuff. Like my passions are over here. Like coffee. Am I just going to say myself, coffee and Jesus and online marketing and empowering women. But then my skills are over here and they're cooking or they're, they're speaking or they're writing. How do these things go together? I don't get it again. Not your thing to worry about. That's one of the gifts I have is bringing all the little pieces together and helping you come up with a common denominator to the calling, which then becomes the brand. Okay.
So here's step two.

What you're going to do is you are going to take the pieces from your step one brain dump. Okay. Brain dump. That's where my friend, Chelsea love that. Love that phrase because it's so awkward passions and skills. All right. And then you are going to see if we can put them together into something that is cohesive. So in this bucket, when we start to do the clarity work, the first place I like to go is not actually about me. Well, what's my common denominator. What's my brand. What's my thing. What's my tagline. What's my sentence. Now the first place I like to go,

Oh, is who's my person who is my person? How can I help my person with these passions and these skills? Even when none of it makes sense yet that will begin to put the puzzle pieces together because you're now not making it about you. You're making it about your person. You guys know my person's name is Lola, right? My person's name is Willa. You are all Lola's every single one of you watching right now are Lola's. I had somebody the other day email me and she was like, hi, I'm new on your email list. My name's not Lola.

Oh girl. Welcome to the party. Yes, it is. Your name is Lola. So Lola is my avatar. Right? You guys have heard me talk about my avatar. Who is your person? Let's talk about this. So we have to know who you can serve with your passions. I don't want you to worry about how I just want you guys to think about what have I already done in these little passion buckets and in the skill bucket that can help someone else. That's it. We're going to keep it very high level. Very, very, very high level. We're going to start with this question. And this is part two of your homework. Okay? Who am I serving? And you may not be serving anybody yet,

But just think about who could you serve? Who could you serve? Okay. Who can you serve?

Like for example, when I think of my Lola, I think, okay. Lola is struggling with what her calling is. She doesn't understand what she's meant to do. She's so clouded in her brain. She can't seem to get the clarity of where to go. She's trying all the wrong things because she's searching after the wrong answers, money more recognition. She's, she's, she's moving before she brings God into the equation. She doesn't understand it. Anything to do with online marketing, she's super afraid of judgment. She's comparing herself to everybody. She never gets off social media. She's drowning in mom. Guilt. Should I keep going? Does that resonate with any of you? Probably. Okay. Now some of you have done a lot of work and you are moving from step one of where Lola begins, which is great because Lola is an evolution, right? She's she's moving, but that's where you are.

When you start, those were the problems that you guys have or you had. So then how can I solve those problems? Even if I didn't know what I was, even if I didn't have a title or a tagline or a brand I could start with, okay, I can just help her dig into what she might want to do. I can ask exploratory questions. I can teach her about prayer and asking God to partner with her in her clarity work we can go through. Comparisonitis I can talk to her about why we have to lay down social media. I can encourage her to not allow social, to become an idol. I can teach her some, some basics of time-blocking or productivity. Like these are simple, easy solutions that I can already do. Even when I don't have absolute clarity, I can begin to make an impact, even when I'm not clear.

Does that make sense? Are you guys with me? Okay, so this is part two of your homework that I want you to work on. So now what we're going to do is we have to put the whole package together. And this is just for fun. Obviously. I don't expect you guys to have absolute clarity right now. I just want you to walk on this journey with me and act as if we're just going to, to begin to dream and to see what comes through and know that again, it's an evolution, but we can start from somewhere. Okay? So the other piece is where we go from the avatar is then figuring out what are the pillars of the brand. So what are the different categories that we would use to start? Oh, our Lola's problems. We then would go into the pain points and the triggers that she faces, which basically gives us our SEO.

It gives us our keywords that we would use in titles of our podcasts or our blogs or whatever your thing is going to be. And then we back all the way up into title and tagline. It's simply that it's simply that now is it always going to be a hundred percent? No, no way. When I started this online work and I just started serving Lola, I didn't have the mompreneur mastermind. I didn't have an LLC. My website was a hot mess. I had lives on Facebook. I was super awkward. Please enjoy please. It's right here in this group. If you guys go all the way back to 26, 16, you will laugh so hard. Great. Go to my YouTube as well, go to YouTube and scroll all the way back and be like, Oh, okay. Okay. Stuff. Yeah, it's bad. But you know what it, what it did, it gave me confidence. It gave me clarity. It led me to you. God continued to open doors, send me clients bring me provision. He's like, no, let that, that, that the like the flood Gates burst open once I just started operating in the first couple of couple spheres, which was my avatar and what I thought I should start with.

Okay. Next chatbox challenge. What ideas are coming through for you? What are maybe some, some downloads that you guys have received pop them in the chat. We want to hear them. What are you thinking? What? And even if you had a direction, like what ideas are coming through, what pain points are you thinking about for your person? What do you think their number one problem is drop it in the chat. And if you're stuck, drop that below and tag your mentor. Okay. So here's your homework for today. And then I'm gonna talk to you guys about clarify your calling group coaching program. Now what I want you guys to do, number one is I want you to list your passions and your skills. That's your part one part two. I want you to list out the three questions we had for your avatar, which we'll post this in the group in a little bit. K, which was, who is it? What are their pain points? How can you start to solve their problems? And then finally, I just want you to journal over why you want to uncover your God led calling. I want you to cast some vision. If you were operating in your God led call, what would it feel like?

What would be different inside of you? What do you think? How, how would, how would your life be different? I want you to just visualize, because when we craft visions, they can become a reality. We can begin to walk in the vision. Okay? So those are your three steps to your homework. Post them in the group. They must be posted today. Before we get into tomorrow's training. Cause tomorrow is training. We are going to go next level. And we are going to talk about what we do when we begin to get clarity, how to take action on clarity and how I have done this so that my clarity has created a very profitable business without spending a ton of time without having to do all the new, cool, shiny things. And I want you guys to understand the big picture vision of where I want you to go.
