What's up girl, welcome to episode 93 of the show. And today I am bringing you what was extremely hot about a month and a half, two months ago, which is another live coaching session. You all blew my socks off. When I did my live coaching session, it had over double the downloads in 30 days than any other episode. I hear you loud and clear what you want. You get sister friend. So today I am bringing on a cool chick that I had been connected with on Instagram for a while. Courtney Sewell and Courtney had been wanting to work with me for some time. And she reached out to me about doing a coaching session. And I thought that where she was in her business was really where so many of you are in your business. So I asked her if she would mind, if we did her session live on the air.

I'm so happy you're here. Thanks for having me. I'm excited. Yeah, me too. And so the goal for today, I think is really to help you navigate this season, I'm going to have you share and kind of walk us through what you do, where you're at this crossroad. But I think so often we get to these transitional moments and we're so frozen because we just don't know, what should I do? Is this really coming? Like, is this a God call? Or is this me feeling bored? Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, we just don't understand sometimes the transition. So that's why I'm here. I want to help you through that in this breakthrough session. So why don't we start by tell us about you, who is Courtney and all the things we've got to know who you are so that I can help you.
Okay. So I am married. We have three kids, 11, nine, and almost five. We live in San Diego, California. My favorite, are you going to come to pace to be brave? I would love to come. I'm going absolutely love to, okay. Sorry, sidebar. That's okay. A little over seven years ago, I started working with a network marketing company that was in health and wellness. And that is what really did a big shift in my life because it led me to start doing a lot of like reading and researching and making a lot of healthy changes in my life and my family. And so for the last seven plus years, I've been helping others make those changes in their life. So removing
From their home, lots of different things that you would think of around health and wellness category. So I love the network marketing company that I am still currently with, that I've been with for over seven years. Yeah. And that's a big part of what I do, but I feel like it's a part of what I do. And I've really been feeling like since January of this year, God kind of stopped me in my tracks to show me that I need to be doing something more in addition to this. And I have not so far all these months, this year been, I've been trying to figure out what it is that he's calling me to do next. Yes. And so I know it's bigger than what I'm currently doing. Oh
Gosh. I love when I have those moments as, as frustrating as they are, because I'm like, like I'm feeling, I can feel it. Like I can feel Holy spirit moments and I'm so confused. Cause like I need a direct, like I need God to just be like, Stephanie, do this. I'm like, cool. Like I am all there, but it doesn't come through that way.
Right. And that's exactly where I'm at all. Yeah. I feel completely open to what the next step is and I'm ready to dive in. But for the life of me, I have not been able to figure it out. And I've had friends that have said, Oh, maybe this, Oh, maybe that, but the suggestions that have come up don't feel inside like, Oh, that's it. Like I have not had that breakthrough moment of what it is.
I can help you with that because I think that's my zone of genius. It really is. It's. Yeah. And isn't it cool. Like you were led to my show. Yes. You know, you were then led to me as potentially working together as a coach. Then you were led to me at exactly the right time when I said, well, not just coaching, but how would you feel about being on the show and like all of the things aligned for you. So I think you're sitting in literally the seat that God wanted you to sit and I hope to gain some major clarity. So let me ask you with your network marketing business. Was that full time?
Does it full-time yeah, definitely full time.
Do you do another job? Like job? Okay.
No. So I'm, you know, a stay at home mom and my network marketing business has allowed me to be a stay-at-home mom for the last seven years, but I'm in a very new season because my kids just started school were year round here. And so we're on our second week of school and my youngest has just entered transitional kindergarten. But for the first time ever in my business, I have no kids at home, three hours,
Monday through Friday, it's a miracle,
But I'm like, wow, I have like dedicated hours. And then when I pick my son up from TK, we come home, we do lunch and then he naps for two hours before I go get my other kids. So I have great blocks of time to put the work into it, just needing to figure out what,
Okay. So let talk to us about brand. So I know that you do this health and wellness and this, this non-toxic piece, it's all been network marketing though. So do you already have an umbrella brand that is bigger than the network marketing business?
So I did start something different a few years ago called M non-toxic frugal mom. And I put that I did started that on Instagram. I started that, you know, a page on Facebook for that, because like I talked about the network marketing side of it is only a piece. So that's helping with maybe nontoxic products, getting them easily affordable. But my vision is so much bigger. I mean, I talk to people about what kind of plants can you bring in your home that filter out the toxins, you know, Oh, I got, you know, this activated charcoal thing that's supposed to remove, you know, clean my air. So, you know, filtering out plastic and getting any, replacing with glass. My niche market, my target customer is the busy mom who wants to live a healthier non-toxic life, but it feels way too overwhelming for her to actually do that.
And so I've put out in multiple groups, you know, within the last few months asking people like what is stopping you from, you know, making healthier decisions. And I got the same thing over and over. It's too overwhelming. There's too much out there. I don't know what to do. So I just don't do anything. So my goal is putting out easy, simple steps for people. And if you go back to my Facebook page, you're going to see where it's very simple steps that seem easy and manageable. So I know for myself, if I go to a blog and it's like 10 pages long, I'm like, Oh my gosh. And I click out. Cause it feels too much my brain. So it's helping, you know, a busy mom feel like it's easy and manageable in all these simple little steps where they don't have to read five pages of a blog post to figure out what plants to put in their house to filter out toxic, you know? Yeah.
I really love that. And I really love the word healthy throws me off a lot, but the non-toxic is very clear when you're saying the non-toxic mom. Like I want you to have a nontoxic lifestyle. That to me is super clear, healthy throws me off. Cause I immediately go food wellness with fitness. So I think that's something clarifying that we can come back to. But my first question for you is, okay, so that's the big brand, is that the brand God wants for you. So let's dig into that for a second. Okay. So because that one makes sense with your network marketing company and it's so easy for us to go to what we're already doing. Cause it fits and here's where it gets uncomfortable. Is is that the path, is that the vehicle? And it's the looking at ourselves objectively for a minute and stepping outside of what we're already doing and asking the hard questions to find that answer. So I want to first ask you, you wake up in the morning. Okay. And what are the first three things that like, you're lit up about my coffee. I go to wait besides peeing and getting our coffee.
So then I wake my kids up for school, get them breakfast. Then the first thing, you know, I try to do as like my devotional, cause I like to start my day. That way I'm a huge promoter of things in general. Okay. So when I find something that I like when I find a person that I like when they've started a business, I'm huge with, I've learned more recently that my spiritual gifts are encouragement. Okay. And promoting other people and what they're doing and then teaching people,
What are you teaching? What do you keep coming back to teaching? Is it always this non-toxic thing or is there it is. It's not something you're obsessed with. Like, do you, if you didn't have your network marketing company, would you still be this gung ho about living non-toxic, you know, going through your home, cleaning all of those things out, not eating the foods that are processed.
Absolutely. Because I talk about things that have nothing to do with my network marketing company. So I'll talk to people about how, you know, sugar is so bad and you need to be sugar conscious, which has nothing to do with network my network. My funny. So there's a lot of things that I talk about. I'm really passionate about educating people in those areas. Even in the network marketing company was completely gone. If they closed their doors, I would still be doing the same thing. I'd be okay. Or loss,
But you would just have to find a new product line to Hawk. It's totally fine. You can survive without your network marketing company. Okay. I love that. So you are really lit up about, I'm hearing a couple of things about zone of genius, which is teaching and educating, which is phenomenal for being an online business personality and a brand and mentoring and having courses. Right. I mean, that's a huge component of that. I also heard Jesus and devotional come out of your mouth. And then I also in a way heard minimalist because you're saying cleaning out, purging, getting rid of toxins. To me, that word is like minimalist in the way. I don't know how you feel about that word, but
Oh yes. Is I'm a little bit, I definitely am not a minimalist, but I listened to all the podcasts about it, the Facebook groups about it. And it is something that I'm very consistently trying to work more towards.
Sure. Is there anything else that has been placed on your heart lately outside of this current brand that you already have? Because before we dig into, okay, this cause this to me right now, this sounds really in alignment for you, which you already have kind of going, and we can just build off of that, but I just want to be a hundred percent sure that there's nothing else that needs to be integrated in. That's been placed on your heart. That's keeping you from moving forward.
No, there's not. I mean helping others, but I feel like that we're doing kind of along with everything else. Yeah.
No. So talk to me about, I love all of this and we're going to come back to that in second. Talk to me about what do we need to get through today? Like your number one or two question that you need clarity on. And then secondly, my second question is what has you so like quote, unquote stuck or unsure, you know,
Many times this year I've thought about, Oh, creating an easy course, you know, for the busy mom, I guess what has me feeling stuck or unsure is can I come up with the content? I maybe fear, you know, I mean, I come up with content all the time and have for years for social media. But when I think about putting together a course, I feel like could I come up with the amount of content that I would need for a course? So I guess definitely fear is one thing. And obviously uncertainty, I mean, there's definitely a goal of passive income play, right? I mean
Yeah. Which is why I'm talking to you. Yes. Okay. That's an easy one. And so that's really the main goal here is to come up with, can I create a passive income course based off of kind of this brand that you have right now outside of network marketing. And should you, is that, is that kind of like the bottom line?
And if there's anything else that you see that aligns with, you know,
So the first thing that I love all of this, and I actually think you're further along than you think you are. I think you think you're floating in the abyss and I see somebody that's very clear on where you need to go. You're just afraid to do it, to be really honest with you. I think you know where you need to go and you're afraid to go there for whatever reason. And I know it's, you know, do you have enough content to create a course? Do you have enough content to create 10 courses, girlfriend from just this simple conversation? I know, you know your stuff like a million percent, you're lit up about this topic. You have that, the how the tech stuff that is so simple. I'll talk you through that in five minutes, the fear or the uncertainty that comes with anything we've never done before.
And if it wasn't there, it would be weird. We would just be sit stuck forever. We would just sit stuck forever and never do something new. Never try a new job. You would have never signed up with the network marketing company would have never asked me about coaching. Right? You would have never done any, you would never be sitting here right now. If you didn't have the fear associated with something new you've never done. And so that's totally normal. And I welcome those feelings because it means we're growing. Right. So all of those constraints, you have a wider not doing it. They're not valid, so we're going to do it. Okay. All right. So first let's, let's rewind for a second back to your brand. So we've got nontoxic frugal, mom, why frugal is, does this make sense for us? Let's let's really define this brand for you and then dig into a course. Okay. Okay. Non-Toxic a hundred percent. We're going to use that word mom a hundred percent. We're going to use that word frugal. Where is that coming from for you? I guess, because I personally am frugal. So when I'm looking at ways to do things, I'm thinking of how can people do things. That's not going to cost them an arm and a leg. I mean the typical average person can't, or doesn't want to spend a ton of money on this type of stuff. So how can you do it in a way that doesn't feeling overwhelmed by, you know, by cost.
Okay. And is that something your PA do you teach that piece, the money piece of it, or are you really focusing on the non-toxic strategies? Like switch this for this and where are you more,
More of the strategies, I guess not so much like the money part of it. Yeah. Talk about this is easy. This is affordable or whatever, but I don't focus on the frugal part of it. Okay.
Okay. So how, cause I really love when you go non-toxic I think if even more specifically, how can we nation on who you want to work with? And I'm even thinking to go as far as, are you focused on just Christian moms? Are you focused on Christian crunchy mom? Like who were you speaking to so directly that we can get really a little bit more clear on that because healthy and frugal threw me off just a tad, because I think we want to start with something so specific that you can create a course there. And you're already talking to her that it's a no brainer for her to work with you, to buy from you, to like, love you to share your stuff. Right. Okay. So tell me, what do you think? Like I she's a busy mom. What else is she?
I mean, I've never thought about labeling anything specifically for Christians. Yeah. I mean, I am a Christian. I talk a lot about God because that's just a big part of my life when I'm putting education and stuff out there, like on my social media, I'm not really talking about it in that sense. I mean, you'll see posts that you'll see like separate posts for me that maybe talk about Bible verses or something. Yeah. The information I'm putting out is never specific, you know, to any,
Do you want it to be, or does that not matter to you? No. Okay.
I don't think so. I think I've had, I've had a lot of people over the last year when I've run into them, tell me how much they love my posts and how much information that they're getting from me. And just, and it's not necessarily just from like somebody that's a Christian it's just from, you know, moms in general that I know from all different places. So I guess, no, I don't want to.
Okay. And that's good. Cause you have to find there's the, answer's not always yes. Sometimes it's Oh no, that doesn't make sense. Yeah. So we have non-toxic and mom, what else is in there? And maybe it's just simply that, right. It's the non-toxic mom. I mean, this frugal have to be in there. So I'm just want you to be so clear on the brand first, because if you're going to do frugal, you're going to have to talk about the money piece. Right. And that's okay. If that's something you're equally as passionate about, but if it's not,
Yeah. I mean I'm frugal personally, but I don't think that I'm equally passionate about teaching about that aspect of it. The other thing is just, you know, when you're making Facebook pages, you have to find something that nobody's taken. Sure. You have to create something that's a little bit different. I mean, there's so many people that are creating brands already in these different areas and niches. And so it's not just finding a brand that fits you, but finding a brand that is not duplicating, you know, the name that somebody else is already doing
And don't get stuck on the name. Cause you can keep the name, but the brand that you grow forward with just really, I think having clarity on that, non-toxic crunchy mama, right? Doesn't mean you have to do a full rebranding right now. It just means as you go forward, you can kind of transition into that. And for you mentally to have in your mind, this is who I am like, I am the non-toxic expert for busy moms. And when we talk non-toxic too, that's also really broad. So as you're coming up with your content and you know, all of those things, just having a really clear mission, like what is that mission? Is it helping busy moms detoxify their home? Is it helping busy moms detoxify your, eating your food? Does that make sense? Like, absolutely. It's so big. There's so many things to detoxify. Yes,
Yes, yes. So definitely focusing on your home. I mean, I talk about food. I talk about food on a smaller part and I'm not, you know, an expert in the food area.
So start there because you want to get like, you want to claim this, this area and then you can start expanding as people like Ooh, but more but more but more and more. So I think for now, for me, the clarity is the non-toxic mom for the home. Like that's really where you want to focus all of that content, all of those things. And that mom will start to show up for you. Right. So if you're focusing on those areas, you already have the network marketing business as an income stream, you already have an idea for the course that you want to create. No. Okay. Okay. There we go. So let's go there because I always have to make sure are we really in alignment because sometimes people are not. So I think you are in alignment. I think you already have a very great idea of your brand, of the mission of the woman you're serving.
So now it is how can we offer value to her? So let's say I'm the mom that wants to learn from you because this would be me. I have zero idea. What is happening in my house? I don't have any clue about the products I use. I kind of care if somebody made it easy for me, I would totally swap everything out. Right. If somebody said Stephanie, in 30 minutes, I'm going to show you how to like detoxify your kitchen and the certain products that are like an absolute, no, I'd be like, Oh, I'm willing to spend time on that. Right. So like assume that you're teaching me something. Okay. What could you do in a course? And let's talk entry level to help me understand first, all the toxicity in my home. Like talk me through that. I came to you and said, teach me about how to detoxify my home.
What are the first things you would have me look at or do as your ideal customer? I mean, I think even product wise, there are certain things that I would look at first. You know, I usually talk to people about like cleaning, cleaning products. And I've thought about this because obviously I've been posting about this stuff for so long. So I've put lots of tidbits of information and I'm very frequently talking about like, we just so bad because of this, like this bad because of this, you know what, this ingredient, you don't want that ingredient. And so definitely, you know, cleaning products is kind of where I would start. Okay. And then after that, gosh, I don't know. I guess I would have to put a lot of thought to that. I don't know. So other than cleaning products, what else is there? Is there mindset that goes into this? Is there getting your family onboard with this? Is there a strategy that you have for going room by room to detoxify? Think bigger than the product? Think about getting them to convert their lifestyle with you, right.

And how I teach people, and this is like part of what I do in the network marketing and how I teach people is month by month replacing the things. And so it's not like go throw everything you have in the trash and spend a bunch of money. But it's, as you are running low on the things that you're currently using, let me show you how to replace that with something better. That's not going to cost you an arm and a leg. So it's like a month by month process. Know, there you go. Now you're getting there because what is so overwhelming to me would be someone saying, Stephanie, get rid of your bleach. You went next. You're this you're that? I'm like, ah, I'm done. Like, I can't handle this right now. This is so, but if someone was to come to me, like you just said, Steph month one, we are going to start with the kitchen or we're going to start with the bathroom.
And like, maybe you can take me month by month and let me do one room at a time or something. Or even a week I could handle a week. You could say week one, we're going to do office the office or the, or the bathroom. So like, I really liked that strategy of simplifying it. And I think week would be, even be fine. Like if I was your consumer, I'd say I'd be ready to go week by week. I don't know how you feel about that. Yeah. Okay. So a week by week, maybe going through the home, every room has a week, right. And you're just basically going through and having them look for certain products that need to get swapped out. Right. And then you then of course have a supplemental opportunity for them to buy those products from you through the network marketing business.
Or you can be like, or if you don't want to, that's cool. Here's some other ones and you can use an Amazon affiliate link or something like that. Yeah. So I love that. So how else can we offer value in this course? Maybe having me, I think starting me off with a mindset, talk like don't scare me. Right? But like maybe you're showing up, you have a 15 minute talk with me, like, listen to me, you, you busy mama. These are the way the toxins are hurting you and your family. And I'm not telling you this to scare you. I'm telling you this because I care about you because I have felt called to share these fears that I've been having with a greater amount of people. And I just want to help you convert your life and live healthier and more clean. And so maybe you can give me that mindset talk because it's convenient not to swap stuff out. Right? Like you don't have to spend any more money who really cares is it really hurting us? So I think you having that mindset discussion with someone as inside the course, the module one, like get on board with me sister. Right? How does that feel as like maybe module?
Yeah. I mean, that, that definitely makes sense because I think that if you can educate people kind of like the why behind it, then they're more likely to, you know, continue on with it now, would that look like something like a video? That'd be you and me like this. Okay.
Hey girl, welcome to the course right now. Welcome to I just sometimes have the best course names. I'm still working through that right now as we talk, but something like, you know, I want you to have something with simplify in the title or like a simple approach to detoxifying your home. I mean, something so obvious, like detox your home in eight weeks with this simple uncomplicated process. Like something so obvious, right? That I'm like, Oh finally, like simple week by week. Non-Complicated not expensive. Like this is so my jam. Right? So don't worry about getting fancy with the course. It's getting me to my end result. Because if we think about my house, I'm probably pretty close to your ideal customer. One, two, let me count my rooms. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10, 11. I have 12 rooms in my home.
And then most of the, you know, let's say six of those are actual have products in them. Six weeks. You've helped me detox my entire home in six weeks. Right? Because let's say you're doing kitchen bathrooms, utility rooms, garage. Maybe they have a second bathroom. They need to go through laundry room. So you're going to think about all those rooms that have a product that could potentially even be in there. And those are your modules. So now you have six, seven modules. It's a video. Hey staff, welcome back today. We're going to talk about the kitchen, you know, and like be you, it doesn't need to be all like, just have fun with it and say, so let's go through my kitchen and let me show you some of the common products that you might have in your kitchen. Right. And giving them those products, the ingredients they need to look for, make it simple for them.

Welcome back here in week two, we're moving to the bathroom. Come on over to my bathroom. And maybe you have pictures or you can even take the video with you. Like it doesn't need to be fancy. And like people get freaked out with like, but it's not like, you know, movie quality theatrical. I'm like, I show up like this on my course. There's nothing fancy people want your brain. They do not care the theatrical. Okay. So don't get stuck on that. And then, okay. Three right. Welcome back. And week three, we're going into the laundry room.
Oh, I know mama. The laundry room is horrible. I hate it too. Right? Like you're making it about them. Cause you're talking to the mom and just making this. How does this feel? Like is that feeling really simplified for her? Okay. So you're, you're talking about, instead of having like a whole written out modules, like video video is like takes you 10 seconds. You're like, yeah. I mean each video, like 10 minutes, 10 minutes or less because she's a mom, let's get her to cut to the chase. This is what we're doing today. This week we're purging these things and you know what you could even do as each module. So you have your video 10 minutes, it's you walking them through the process of that room, getting rid of those things below the video. If you use teachable, which I highly recommend, I have tried freebee using YouTube and like ghetto rigging it.
I have tried my own website. I've tried it all to save the money. Teachable is 1000000% worth the investment. If you can swing that, I would just do the lowest plan. But the beauty of it is you upload your video. You upload all the verbiage right below the video. They allow you to hyperlink all the products you've mentioned in the video. Right? And then your final piece is I would have a checklist. So you've got your mindset, video, number one, hi, welcome. I'm Courtney, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. This is why I created this course for you. Let's talk about why these products are hurting you, why we're going to purge our system. Right. And then secondly, in that second week, module one, the kitchen. And so they have the video, the links at the bottom and then the bottom or at the beginning of the course, I would have a checklist for them as well, so that they can just go through the course with you and check off.
Right? Okay. I have detoxified room one, boom, maybe a shopping list that they can download to replace all those products. And your selling point too. Sorry. My brain goes really fast. Once I get in the group, that's recording that. The other piece of it too, would be like a selling point after you've tallied up the whole thing, you've got the checklist and the shopping list and all of it, you know, let's say that the whole entire cost for them to fully revamp their entire product line and their home, you're like, you know, $197. You fully detoxified your entire home. Can you imagine for $197? And they're like, Oh, you're like, and those products will last you six months or more. So you have a selling point to why they need your course to find out how to get all of those things and get rid of it all.
So that's kind of how I would structure this, looking at it as a customer of yours, that would be so valuable to me to just go through it really simply now on the week to week thing, you all are gonna ask me this later. So I'm gonna tell you now people wasn't drip it so that Stephanie gets each module once a week, right? Like, so in teachable, be able to say, give Stephanie access week one automatically send her access to week two. The following week don't do that because you're going to get people, me that are an, a type. And we're going to go through the whole thing in a week. Cause we're on a roll. Oh yeah. I get the other people that might take three months to go through it. So I really love giving them full access to the course right away.
Okay. Even though it's a weekly system and you're going to sell it as such, you just never know how fast people go. And that was the number one feedback I got from my own courses was we loved that. You didn't make us wait a week for the next module. Okay. Yeah. I'm the same way I wouldn't want to wait. Right. Okay. So, so far we've got mindset shift, six or seven modules going room by room a checklist and then all your hyperlinks within each module. Is that really clear? Is there anything else you want to work through in there? That's a course that you could put together. Yes. That's very clear. Okay. Less scary. The more simple you can make it, the better people are like, Oh, I'm going to create a course. It has to have, you know, the kitchen sink and the farm in there to make it worth it.
I'm like, no, give me an end result. I don't want to spend time watching courses. I want you to tell me how to get the answer right now. Tell me the answer. Give me the products to buy. Like I'm just done. I don't have time to go research and Google all of this stuff. I don't know which products are bad for me. Right. So think of that when you're creating, cut out the fluff, like if your video is two minutes, when you're talking about a small room, great. It's two minutes. That's even better. Okay. Yes, yes. Okay. So now let's talk about price. What would you pay for that? And then I'll tell you what I would pay for that. And let's say it takes you six weeks. You're touting that it will take them six weeks to get through it. They're going to end up spending, let's say $200 with you buying your affiliate products and you would make what?
30% of that. So you can take that into account and hopefully it's residual because they're going to reorder from you too. Right? That would be great. So take that into consideration. What do you think you would pay for that as a consumer? I don't know. Maybe $50. I have no idea. No idea. My mind immediately went 47. It's so funny that you said it's the seven, right? It has to be the seven. This is Stephanie gastro talking too. Although, interestingly, I just published my journal at 16, even that was weird. And I just like first I was like 1597. Just feel so funny. I don't know why I'm just going to eat. That's the only product that doesn't end in seven for me. So I'll let you guys know how that goes. Strategy-Wise then I went to 47 because me as a consumer, I don't have to detoxify my home.
I would like to, but if I start following you and you're telling me all of these amazing free content things, you're posting on Instagram, you're in your stories. You're showing me swaps and hacks and how my kids are healthier because of blah, blah, blah, and testimonies of people who love your products. All of a sudden I'm going, Oh, you guys should do that, but I don't even know where to start. Right. And then you're like up in my inbox because I'm on your list or you're, you're showing your, your, let's say you have your video once a week or whatever you're going to do to put content to the world. And you're going, Hey, Steph, by the way, are you so overwhelmed with this whole entire detox process? Did you know? I have the six week detoxify your life system and it is so simple. I will literally help you go room by room for six weeks and six weeks. You're going to be a granola mama. Just like me. How would you feel about that? 47
Right now. Yeah. I love it.
Simple, easy. I would totally buy that.
Right. Awesome. Yeah. I love it. I love all of it.
Good. Does that feel like, Oh my gosh, this is it. And we've just mapped it out and now you're going to do the thing. Yep. So I want you to commit to us, right? You got to commit to us. Okay. Your kids are in school. I think you can create, I'm going to give you even some leeway here. I think you could create each module. You could do one module a week for the next eight weeks because you're going to have an intro. I just told you, you have to have a checklist and things like that, which you can do in CAMBA for free. Are you sure? Are you familiar with CAMBA

That just type in checklist and all those free templates will come up. Okay, cool. Yes. Canva's amazing. And then you'll record your video using zoom, just like this. Okay. Simple. It'll save for you automatically. As long as you're recording and you already have affiliate links because you have links directly to your MLM website for them to purchase, right? Yes. You have all the components. So all you need to do now is kind of map out each room. How do you want that video to flow? And I think like I kind of walked you through making it very casual and conversational. Like maybe go use your house. Even with like, you can even use your cell phone. Like you could sit here like this record the record, the content piece, and then go, now let me take you through a tour of my home. This is where, you know, these are some of the products I had or, or, you know, it's just making it relatable to me so that I can make this process easy for myself. Right. So it's creating the outline and then it's just sitting down, record the video. It's not perfect. It doesn't need to be scripted, go with just, you know, this stuff. Right. So just remember if I'm talking to Stefanie and I need to get her to purchase this kitchen, what do I need to say to her now? Which products is she looking for? Is there a list I can provide her and then give her an easy way to purchase all of those replacement products.

You've just monetized your brand with an entry-level product. It's an entry-level course. That is a no brainer buy, I think. And in the future you can think about how is the feedback coming in? Is there a higher level of implementation that I want to create? Like lifestyle, non toxicity, or you can go bigger later, right? And this is a gateway for you to create more things in this brand, but you have to start with something simple so that she can trust you so that she can get on board with you.

Brainstorm. I mean, I like the things that you're saying, because I'm always trying to do things that are very simple and easy to follow. So I do, I mean, you said a simple approach to detoxifying your home. I mean, I kind of like that. I don't, and then maybe a busy mom's guide, six week guide or something. I don't know.
It's almost like a blueprint or a system. Maybe even system. Okay. Simple system to detoxing your home, busy mamas, simple system to detoxifying the home, something like that. And the reason I love titles like that is because the SEO will work for you. It's not something so vague, like become a crunchy mom. It's like, what does that even mean? And I'm not going to be searching for that on Pinterest, like searching for detoxify in my home, like, you know, clean my house of, of chemical products. Like what are the terms we're searching for? And if we can use that in our titles, we're going to have more success, just simply an SEO terms. So, okay. That makes sense keywords in there, but keep brainstorming on that. It'll come to you and don't worry about that piece. Get going with our intent. If that's the last thing you do and you still don't know to like boys text me and we'll come up with something. Okay.
