It's Monday! Yay! Ya'll know I love me a good solid Monday.
Just got home from our family cabin in Ruidoso. We went with some friends and all of us have little boys. I'm talking 5 little boys under 10 in one cabin... lawd have mercy! We had a blast though. Went snow tubing, had a mama's day out, complete with wine tastings, shopping, and girl-talk, oh-my. It was epic.
Now, after 4 days of "people-ing", my ambivert self is super ready to back slowly into my little corner and hide behind my computer, haha. Pretty excited about no appointments, no play dates, nothing but me, myself, and I today (and some Zumba, heyyy-o).

To find out HOW in the heck I Lost 75 Pounds & Went from a Size 14 to a Size 6! Crazy right?!
Before I dig into the how, let me start by telling you I've never just had it easy with my weight. I mean, I look at pizza and gain 5 pounds. Fo-real. I went from binge eating to calorie restriction throughout my early twenties, to taking adderall diet pills in my latter twenties, to working out for hours a day... Damaging my body, my mind, and my health to try and fit the standard society had painted in my subconscious as 'perfect' and 'beautiful'.
A decade later I realized that is all B.S.
One day after gaining 60+ pounds with both pregnancies, letting myself go, eating all the processed foods, fast food, and wearing size 14 mumu's to hide what I had done to myself I woke up and thought...
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I am done. I am ready to love myself and stop punishing my body. I am ready to cherish this gift God has given me, and most importantly? I want to reclaim my energy and health for my family, my business, and myself.
And I freaking did it.
