You can do any of the above to promote the mompreneur mastermind show in your stories. Once a day for 10 days, this is going from January 13th through January 20th. So you've got 10 days to do this. Once a day. Every story must have asked Stephanie gas tag and hashtag the mom for her mastermind shipped. Some, two women are going to win. Why not? You? Okay? Don't worry if you're like, but I already missed half the giveaway. Should I still, of course you Should still enter because you never know. God works in amazing mysterious ways. And he's like, I've got my eyes on you cause you need this session and you just never know. So get on over to the hygiene, write the review, posts it up in the stories, get entered and let's get some giveaway fun go in. That was weird. Okay girl, I'll meet you inside this 10 by 10. Get ready. These are gold guys in this 10 by 10. I've got my girl, my friend, Kristin on the show with us. She's a Texas girl raising three babies as in a 12 year old, a 10 and an eight year old with a hunky high school, sweetheart. She's obsessed with jesus' dessert. Margarita is foam soap and trips to the Lake. Like we're basically best friends. She's a former fitness coach turned entrepreneur on a mission to help women find confidence in Christ so they can build the joyful life and thriving businesses they were created for. I'm obsessed with that. You guys can go find her at pink clay social and her website is pink clay, social.com. Hey Kristen. Hi. I'm so excited to be here. So my first question is about my podcast show name. I'm taking podcast pro university and my company name is pink, clay pink because we're ladies and clay because we are the clay to God, our Potter. So I initially want the name to be the pink clay show because that's embodies everything. We're about ladies finding confidence in Christ. So boldly step into who God created us to be in taking your course. I know that nobody is searching pink and no one's searching clay. And you know, it could be confusing as to what my show is about. So I wanted to see if I should still go with that cause it's creative and intriguing or if I should get a more searchable name, that's such a great question. One super quick followup. Do you already have a large following under plain pink clay social? No, where we're just getting started. Okay. So in that case, I would actually not name your show pink clay social. That can be the overarching brand, like, you know, like mine, Stephanie gas, but my show is called The Mompreneur Mastermind Show because I believe that the podcast will become your funnel for leads for the women that need to be changed through you throw for these women that you want to impact. And so if you can figure out a coachable title that embodies the words that she's going to be searching for in that little iTunes search bar, it's going to bring you more listeners. Now you can, however right there in the very first sentence of your podcast description, say, Hey, Hey girl, from the creators of pink clay, social or pink clay, social brings you, you know, whatever, like women, women arise through Christ and like whatever that title is going to be for you. Does that make sense? Yes. And that's another thing I was thinking if it, if I do name it like forward and faith or faith, feel a faith filled mom, boss show, you know, something like that. Would I say in every episode, Hey, this is Kristen from pink clay. And welcome to this episode. Like what? I still incorporate pink clay with it or just keep it, you know, in the description. Basically, I think it depends on if pink clay social is like that is nonnegotiable for you. That is the brand period. End of story. Like, and that's everything for you. Absolutely keep that as part of the branding, you can always sponsor your shows. Hey, this show is sponsored by pink clay, social and movement to inspire Christ's field women and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. But if it's not everything to you, then you, if you don't have a following or an audience yet change it, but that's up to you. Okay. That's does that mean something to you? And you know, that's the thing, that's the core denominator of the brand then? Yeah. Rock with that sister, you know, does that make sense? Yes. Yes. All right. Well thank you. So my second question is because I want the podcast to just be for the everyday woman just to help her stay Christ centered and covering topics from confidence, stress worrying, overcoming fear, organization, marriage, like all those things. But I do want to talk about business and I don't want it to just be like out of the blue and surprise my listeners though. So how do you incorporate, you know, these personal topics, but also some business topics? Should I just not do the business? Or is there a pattern that I should have to incorporate that so that it would make sense? Is your listener a business woman, every listener, 90% of your listeners? I would hope that 90%, yes, because I do offer some business coaching. So, but I really want the message and the mission of my podcast just to be inspiring every woman to live Christ centered, but then have this offer for those that do want to pursue their own business. Okay. So I think you're cool. Like talk about whatever you want that has a core common denominator and I'm going to challenge you. Christ centered is really, really big. Okay. So yes she is Christ centered, but what else is she, you know, is there something else you can make her more niche? Is she specifically a mom? Is she a specifically a mom that runs a business? Is she a wife and a mom that runs a business? Is she a wife and mom that runs a business who's 34 who makes blank amount of income per year, who is obsessed with blink, blink, blink does that. So you're like chipping away, but what else? But what else to find one core human that you want to touch and inspire of every woman? And the beauty of that is once you've identified who she is like at the root of her soul, you can then say that woman, when I'm looking at her, what are the things she needs the most? And you're going to find three or four core categories. And I know we had before the show had talked about, you kind of identified your categories, try to find three that are kind of the specific category. So you may potentially say motherhood, if it was that woman. In my example, just for a visual motherhood, faith and spirituality, and a Christ centered business, like there's three things that make this woman, her best self and the core denominator of those three things that you're going to teach is how to find Christ through it, how to find Christ in motherhood and these stories of, of how Christ works through you as a mom or through you to parent more patiently. And then just, so is that kind of making sense? Does that help you niche down a bit? And yes. Business is still cool. Yes, yes. Yes. I feel like, I know I don't need permission, but I feel like that gave me the permission. Like yes it is. Okay. Because that fully fits my Kelly to your Lola. So so yes. Thank you so much. You're welcome. So, okay. Last question. If we have time four minutes, girl, we're doing this. Yay. So how far in advance do you usually batch and plan your episodes? Cause I attempted YouTube. I know you did also. And I would find myself some weeks feeling so like, woo I'm on top of this. I know what I'm going to, you know, I've got this video prepared, I've got everything ready. And then other weeks I'd be like, Oh my gosh, the day before, like I need to film and I don't want to be that way with my podcast. I'm going to be very intentional in my planning. So how far in advance do you use usually plan and batch episodes so that you are prepared for your release day? Okay. I'm sad to say I still sit in that space sometimes that you sat in moments where I'm like, yes, like I'm batched through all of December. And then there's other moments where I'm like, Oh crap, I don't have an episode for tomorrow. But my goal is my goal is to always have three to four episodes in my pocket. That's the goal now life isn't perfect. We are moms. We have, you know, poop that comes up. Literally, probably sometimes for me, if I can stay and they don't have to be an order. Here's another hack for you guys that are podcasting YouTube, et cetera, I'll record something, but I don't put a number to it yet because sometimes I get struck with inspiration and I want an on the fly episode. And the biggest mistake I made in the beginning was I batched episodes in order said the number on the air everything's perfectly done. And it was batched out for six weeks. And then I got inspiration. I'm like crud and that's where bonus episodes were born. Dang it. And I had to start plugging them in unplanned. And so now I leave space. I don't put in the number, especially in my batch stuff so that you have more freedom to just on the fly, say what's on your heart because that's going to happen to you guys. However, four to five in my pocket that are edited that way I go, Ooh, this really flows with December. I want to plug in this coaching call with blah, blah, blah. Cause we talked about like planning for her year. Perfect timing. It's already edited. I can record a 32nd intro saying welcome to episode one 21. We're going to talk about blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. That's my secret. I hope that's helpful. And take her off of you that yeah. Does that help? Yes. No, that is super helpful. Not only so that I know. Okay. You can have these kind of set aside, but also to not say the episode number and just gives you that peace knowing, Hey, I don't have to be perfectly planned and have everything ready. Like, you know cause I guess that's what I was trying to do. So it's good to know. You still have those moments where you're like, okay, we're going to put all this together. And the key is just to still get it done and be consistent. So yeah. And I see you how to follow up there in question three where you said is your podcast blog, Pinterest image, email promo all created ahead of time to go out that day. Right? We have time. So I'm gonna address that question. Yes. Now I sip, I since have this outsource to my VA, but if you guys do not it's okay. Just quick Canva graphic, plug it into a Pinterest image template on Canva. All of that is free. I write a blurb. That's one paragraph that goes with the episode that I'm going to plug into my pod bean, which is the host. And also share it to my email list. Along with the episode, that little blurb goes on Facebook, the little blurb goes on IgE, right? So one little paragraph that goes with it. Everything's ready by the night before to go to my VA or you guys do that yourself, schedule that out. And if I get inspired to write a big old, long spiel about it, I will, But I don't have to. So don't make it more work than it has to be. I hope you loved that quick 10 by 10 and that you took away some value to help you in your own life and business. And I want you to know that I am bringing on more women for hashtag STEM steps, where you will get 10 minutes to ask me anything, just like this, send me an Instagram DM with the top two or three questions you would ask me. And I will let you know if we have any more openings again, get entered to win the 10 by 1,000 K giveaway sister friend. You can enter by leaving a review for the show and or not, or, and you must leave a review for the show, but screenshotting the episodes screenshot in your review, talking about your favorite episode in your Instagram stories. At least once a day for the next 10 days, ranging from January 13th through January 20th. Be sure to #themompreneurmastermindshow and tag me @Stefaniegass.
