Her name is Krista Pullman. She is a coffee 11 mama of, for a police wife, and she had a career as a crisis intervention manager. Krista started a side hustle with the dream of being a full-time social media entrepreneur, AKA network marketing on July, first of 2018, she decided that she needed to make a transition. And she went full time in her online business. She is obsessed with marketing and business building strategies, but more importantly, she believes in authenticity and that the bottom line isn't just dollars and cents. It's about how we share our story and our hearts and how we build the business. But not just that also how we build our lives. Krista is a sweetheart. You guys are going to love her, and I'm excited for you to check out this live session. Hey, Krista, I'm so excited to be chatting with you today. SIS, me too. I can't wait to do this. Oh, good. So I want to start with, who are you? Give me all the things about Krista and then tell me a little bit about, you know, your business and where you are with that as well. Awesome. So I am a mom of four kids. They're between the ages of four and 11, two girls, two boys. And my husband is a police officer. I had a career as a crisis intervention manager. So I worked with police services in the two provinces that we've lived at and oversaw a team of volunteers who would respond to all the crisis that the police deal with. So literally anything from suicides to accidents, to domestic violence, to sexual assaults, all that kind of good stuff. So I always had an entrepreneurial spirit. I loved my career. I'm kind of one of those different entrepreneurs. Like I didn't my goal wasn't to escape necessarily the rat race. Cause I loved my job, but I did value my time and because my husband and I both were in first responder fields, but it's both very high stress. And with our little kids, we just kind of felt like we were ships in the night, always stressed, always dealing with the same kind of calls, my kind of ticket out. I actually stumbled upon network marketing like a, of women do. And I was like, Hey, I think I can make a go of this. So long story short, three years later, I left my career and I've been online since July 1st of 2018 as a full-time network marketer. So that's kind of how I left my job, got into this online space and kind of what brought me to where I am today. Okay. And how was the network marketing going for you? And are you still doing that? Like, is it a full-time thing for you? Yeah, so I actually, in about October, I made the decision to stop building my business. There was a lot of stuff that went into that kind of deciding factor. So I'm still associated with the company. I still get my paycheck, but I am not currently building network marketing at all. Okay, cool. So tell me a little bit about what you're doing now or what we're trying to do, right. And then tell me kind of where you're stuck, where are the constraints? What are the things that we want to work through together today? Yeah, so a big part of my reason to leave, not leave network marketing, but change directions was like the power of storytelling and relationships has always been something that I'm super passionate about from my career in victim services, understanding people's stories. I was able to translate that into how I show up online was able to hit multiple top leader boards through my ability to sell through stories. But I recognized a huge problem in our industry, which was those awkward cold messages that people and you know what I faced it as well. Like at some point when I started hitting my leadership ranks, I wanted to continue expanding my network. I wanted to get my offer in front of more people faster, you know, all that kind of stuff. And so I was really stuck in my business with how do I continue to grow this thing? How do I move forward now that my warm markets kind of tapped? And so I really struggled through that. I crafted literally like hundreds of draft copies of cold messages and in the notes, in my phone until there was one that I kind of sorta felt good about and I would send it and I would literally feel like not like I hated, I despised it so much. And so eventually I just, I was better off going back to work then continuing to build a business that I didn't feel authentic about. So since then I learned a lot about attraction marketing and attraction marketing is how I built initially in my warm market. But there were some things missing going into cold market. What I want to do now is help women with those strategies that I've learned, learned to build their tribes in an authentic way where they're not chasing people. They're not hae girling. They're not friending people on Facebook and instantly sending a link like, Hey, I'm looking for product models. Like, and just, I see where women want to go with their businesses and the dream of being able to a work from home mama and the struggle to find a way to do that. That feels authentic, Dude. Like your story resonates with me at the deepest level. Like you're living me exactly where I was about two and a half years ago when I went through my transition out and it was the same exact feelings. It was like, why do we have to sell this way? Why does it have to feel so off? You know, why am I forcing this down everyone's throat? And I just say, I was nauseous over it. I'm like, I'm done. Like I'm done with this way of selling. And funny enough, I started in attraction marketing too. I don't know if you know that that was my first product. Yeah. I followed you for about like six months probably. And like I've messaged you a few little things here and there like commenting on a story. Like, girl, I feel you like all this stuff because honestly I really struggled with like, there were a lot of mental things after I'm. So I made an official announcement on Facebook saying I was done. I'm not happy. It feels like I'm trapped in a mental cage. Like, I was very honest with my audience about my struggles, but since then, it's been really hard to shift out of that drive of like, like you were talking about like going for volume, going for rank pushing in that way and kind of really finding my cause it was my whole identity for years. Like I ate, slept and breathed my Brockton opportunities. So anyways, I listened to a lot of your podcasts and I was like, man, this girl, like you get it. And a lot of people don't, they're still just not there on their journeys yet. And that's fine, but I really wanted to connect with somebody who understood like where I was and where I wanted to go. Yeah. Well, I love that you were brought to me so cool that you were led to me and I hope that I can help you kind of uncover what this next step is for you. You mentioned attraction marketing, you're in podcast program university. You're going to be launching a show. Talk to me about your vision for your brand and what are your top two or three things that you want me and you to help or kind of knock out today in this time together. Okay. So first of all, let you know my vision and then I'll let you know where I'm stuck. So my vision is to help women build a business in a way that feels authentic and that's through like really teaching them how to understand providing value to their audience, how to then engage and then how to convert that into sales, through the power of storytelling so that they're not having to chase people, not having to cold message, that kind of stuff. But I also talk about this a lot contrary to lots of kind of business gurus out there. I also believe that it's not just how we build a business, but it's how we build a life. And I really struggled with that in my network marketing opportunity because when I was going for the ranks that I was going for, honestly, this has nothing to do with network marketing. This was my issue, but we honestly almost lost our family because I was so entrenched in the network marketing that everything was off on the side burner. And because of my experience in crisis management and I had started my master's in marriage and family counseling, I'm really passionate about helping people also show up and lead in their lives, not just focused all on the business stuff. So I really, what I see as my products that I offer being around like authentically selling, maybe some like personal development coaching, but I also do want to talk to women about the other, like what it actually looks like building a business on the like family and life side of things. I mean, that sounds incredible Christa seriously. And I actually love how you came into this conversation already. You really specific and it's authentic storytelling. Like that's the brand, right? It's authentic storytelling. I think that's really the core mission. And then I love how you have like these sub categories that fit in to that woman who wants to sell and market and build authentically. And there are so many ways that you could go into this like authentically marketing on Instagram, right? Authentically marketing through copyright in your emails, how do you storytell what are like the tangible, you know, when you're creating a story and you want to bring your audience in, how do we craft that? And that could be something like a mini course that you offer. Right. And so I love that so much. Yes. So much. Yes there. Okay. Where you're stuck. So I'm stuck because a lot of my, so I did another thing that I've been typically really skilled at, in my business as launches. So even with this podcast, like I'm really excited to take my audience on this journey with me of like, from conception to the day that it launches, I put it out there. Like I let them know like, Hey guys, coming soon, two ears near you to get my audience really excited. And I asked them for what kinds of content they would like to see covered. And 90% of it is lifestyle. And here's one thing I think a, a lot of business women are really curious about that. Like how do we juggle this? What if we have kids at home? What a four literally like tapped out for time. Like all those kinds of things. Also, most of my audience still knows me for my inspiration and fitness coaching. So I want to, yeah, I'm not really sure. Like when I kind of introduce my podcast to them, I just said like, Hey mama. And then I talked about like one more. I forget what I wrote, but it was kind of more lifestyle stuff. So in my actual podcast, am I specifically saying like business mama, like that type of thing. Okay. So let's do some digging into that because I have an idea what I want to tell you, but I think it starts with who's the woman that we're talking to Is she, she's a business woman. She's a business woman. Okay. So the way that you integrate this Krista, because I still think all of the stories that we are, what gets her to visually get across the line. Right? So I think you can storytell and use you guys yesterday, this crazy story happened, or y'all when I was doing fitness coaching. Let me tell you a story about this experience I had with a client and how I used storytelling to get them better results. Or like you can always tie your business coaching or your tutorials back to a story. And the beauty of that is you are showing up to what you're preaching, which is authentically selling, using storytelling, right? So I think the beauty too about that would be so cool. It's a play on your entire show, which is every show. What if you started with a story, what if you took a story from your life or a client's life or someone on social media that you've been following and you visually paint this picture and go, now that you've heard this story, let's pull from that. The tangible, how tos, maybe you can dissect what was done. Right. And what was done wrong. What was authentically there? What was missing? How could they have changed that situation? And it's like this beautiful visual picture that you're taking the listener through Every episode. Cool. I love that. What's the name of your podcast? Have you picked one? No, I haven't. That was one of the questions that I wanted to ask actually. Okay. So name of podcast and also how in the heck do I know what category to put my podcast into? For some reason that's causing me a lot of stress. I think you'd put it under entrepreneurship. Yeah, because business is so broad and that could be brick and mortar. That could be corporate, but really, I think you are talking to probably 50% of the women that are going to listen to you as with me are network marketers or they have that in their background. And the other 50% are work from home moms, freelancers, VAs. They have an Etsy store. They're like their coaches. If they're, we're all in this whole online space together, I think that's more of who you're going to be talking to. Because when you hear authentic storytelling, to me, that's kind of this social media focus or this copyright space, don't you feel like that? And it could also be like authentic storytelling on video. I mean, there's a hundred episodes. We've just mapped out authentic storytelling, you know, on video, creating a pitch. How do you look authentic and, you know, shed the lies of who you should be on Instagram, how to show up authentically in stories, crafting, you know, your about me section in your bio. What does authenticity even mean? How to create stories from past situations that you've been through? I mean, any of those things you could have people on that have shed, maybe you could have guests on does sound, my brain works. It goes fast, will be recorded for you. It's also, you could have people on that if like maybe Ben one thing and they've shed that false identity to step into their authenticity and share that journey with your audience. That would be super cool. Like I would be the perfect person for that. I was just thinking of me and like, I know a handful of others that we started as what we thought should show up as in the world, even you. Right. And then we went, Oh, like, this is wrong. This feels out of alignment for me. And it took all of these years to discover who we truly are and why do we have to make it so hard to discover your truth? So I think that would be such a cool theme for your guests to talk about if you ended up having guests on your show. Yeah. Back to your original question. I think entrepreneurship is the category. Okay. Okay. I wasn't sure if it fit there or in, like, I know they're changing the categories, like the personal development side of things, but I think so because you're going to be inspirational, right? That's a key component of this, but I think you're really going to be teaching them something tactical because that's what people want. Right. They want to walk away and say, I learned how to do something better. Or I learned something new. That's what keeps them coming back. And then through what you teach, you're being inspiring, leaving them with your thought of the day. You're, you know, being inspirational as you share the message or vividly storytelling. I think you're speaking to the entrepreneur and that's the category that they're looking in personal development would be, I mean that it could fit there and you could put a sub category of personal development Krista, but I think entrepreneurship was probably that first bubble for you. Okay. Yeah. Makes sense. Okay. So in your podcast pro university, and I just have to say like, honestly, without it, I would be, for me, you didn't need to convince me on podcast pro university because I knew what I wanted to share. Like I had this vision, but I just didn't know how to make it happen. Like podcasting to me is like Greek. Right? So podcasts, university, like, I can't even believe how much, like I asked you the other day, like, is it even possible to launch in a month? And you were like, yeah. But if I was Googling everything, I would be still like, I am so glad to hear that. I mean, I was just telling someone the other day, I'm like, this course is like my soul baby. Like I put every ounce of my knowledge and like the tutorials are in there for you guys, like literally how to do XYZ. I'm so grateful every time I hear feedback like that, that it helped you guys immensely. It's like, Oh, thank you so much. Cause it's like, I worked so hard on it. It's seriously like phenomenal. Like I've bought in courses before that I'm like math, you know, just kind of like flat line. And this one I'm like so far through the modules. Cause I just like, can't wait to keep diving in and get my show launched. So, and you can totally do this in a month. Krista. I think I had mine up in two weeks and I didn't do like a big launch. I was like, Oh, Hey guys, I started a podcast because I, for me, you know, it was like this Holy spirit whisper. And so I didn't have time to like process anything I'm like, and I'm a three on the Enneagram. So I'm like, I'm just going to do it. And I'll tell people later, so in a month, not only can you get done and published and up, but you can take two weeks of that. So yes. Anything else on this? Do you feel clear on what the show is? So no. Okay. In your modules you were talking about like, you know, the different formats, we can do it as like, so I am going to, it's going to be a solo show with guests. Okay. Podcasts, like every however many episodes, but here's what I was thinking. And I'm not sure. I was thinking to give my audience something to expect if I do two shows a week, if I did like more of like a lifestyle tip on one day and then the business tip the second day, that's kind of what I was thinking, but I don't know. Cause here's where I get stuck. So I want to have courses on basically storytelling and marketing. Okay. However, if I have to talk about that, every single show, I will hate my show because I love marketing, but not to talk every day. Like, does that make sense to you? Like, Oh yes it does. How about if your entire show, what if the overarching word is authentic? Right? So like she is authentic or that authentic mom or something like that where you're leaving an open to really the baseline of every episode is authentic living. Right. And I think in that authenticity, you can go episode one, authentic motherhood. And you're talking about being this authentic. What does being authentic mom. Right? And then you can maybe have a guest in motherhood. Maybe you have like little segments where you do three episodes are authentic motherhood. Then you're moving to authentic storytelling. And then you're moving to authenticity on Instagram. And maybe every time two of those are you. And one of those is a guest that has expertise in that area. And then you have, you know, authentic fitness. Like you could talk about health and wellness and being authentically loving your body and being at peace with who you are and right. Getting into a groove with what sickness feels really good for you. O M G we are celebrating one year of this show being on the air. Yes, I am so excited about that. And I've been practicing, celebrating my wins more lately. I hope you are celebrating your wins too. And I want to say thank you for being such an important part of this show because without you, there's no way we could have reached the milestones that we have. And I'm just so grateful for every single one of you. You mean the world to me. And in order to give you a gift, give you something back in return for being with me for an entire year. I have put together a very special, very special offer. So pay attention because it's only good for the next 10 days. It's only good until October 10th. So if you're listening to this on October 9th, you better hurry, sister. Okay. So October 10th is your deadline to take advantage of $100 off my bestselling course podcast pro university. And not only that, I have a couple of bonuses for the first 20 people that take action for the first 20 of you that head on over to podcast pro university.com, click the checkout button and type in save 100. Not only do you save money on this course, but you also get a free 20 minute strategy session with me over the phone and access to the membership group for free, where I will be going live over the next three months. Answering any questions that you guys have OMG, right? I mean, when, when triple win, if you've been waiting to launch your podcast, this is your sign take action. Do not wait podcast pro university.com. And that code is save 100. I will meet you inside. So I think authenticity could be living the most authentic life possible. And knowing you are talking to probably that female entrepreneur, I would say 80% of who's listening is that woman, but you know that woman. So you know, what other things is she struggling with? Like being authentic with your time authentic boundaries, right? I mean, that's limitless. Like I want to be the most authentic way possible. Right? I love this. Yeah. So I guess where I kept getting hung up with the people that mostly follow me now, aren't my business. Like some of them are friends in the space, but most of them are customers. And so, so that's where it's been hard because I still want to like, they're my audience, they're my rock. Like, they've been with me for three years. So I still wanted, even if they're not business people, I still want them to be able to walk away from my show and be like, that inspired me as a mom. Right? Like ha. And what is that? Still inspire her. She can skip over the business she wants, but she's probably still doing something in her life. Even if she has a job, she could still listen to those and gain value. Everyone has Instagram. Everyone wants to show up on stories as their true selves. I love that. Yeah. I think this a resonate with her and with the woman that you want to start attracting. And the beauty too is like this leaves you wide open for courses with anything in authenticity, authentic storytelling would be a course that any one of those women would buy. Right? Yeah. Yeah. I'd love that play on authenticity. I do too. And initially like, so when this was a dream like a year ago and I kind of started feeling that shift initially, I was kind of mad at the network marketing industry. So I was going to call it the rebel marketer, but have it like R E capital B E L L E. Cause I was just like mad. I'm like, let's end this gross storytelling. And then I prayed a lot about it and had kind of felt something about like courageously she, which is very much along the same lines of the authentic, like how do we show up in our everyday lives and our business as moms, as our most like courageous, like confident in who we are and who are to be self. Do you like the word authentic? Or do you want courageous? I like both. Honestly. I think they're Courageous. She lives in courage authentically. Let me think. Courageous authentic. She that's fun. She breeds courage. That's fun too. The only reason I like authentic is cause we're playing off of that every episode. So I kind of want that word in there, but I I'm with you. That courageous sounds better. I liked that one. You said about courageous. Like what about like courageous, authentic mama or courageous, authentic sheet or Yes, I love that. And that could be really fun too. Like in every episode, right? You're like today we're bringing on the courageous, authentic mama, blah, blah, blah. We're going to be interviewing her on her courageous journey to being an authentic mom. Like I love that you can have that theme as you grow. There was one more that came through. What was that? Choose authenticity. But I really like mom or mama in the title too, if you, if that's who you're speaking to, she will know that. And I think that's beautiful too. Cause you can bring in the authentic mom's stuff like already guests in mind for your show too. Like somebody right now who's launching this course on it's called the rooted mom system. How to be a mom, you know, like, and she has all these rooted systems for being this better mom through what the Bible wants you to do. That would be so cool. Like she'd be in the mom one and then like I could do the business one for you. And so, So cool. And cause I kind of want like the overall theme, not the theme, but like the, you know, if there was like a subtitle, like the Proverbs 31 woman like that we can, because I think there's still an, you've done a great job of talking about that. Like there's still a lot of stigma around like, Hey girls, guess what? I can have four kids and a husband with an extremely busy job and I can still crush my business. And like, I don't know. I just love that in Proverbs that it doesn't really diff like squish us into these little boxes. So I think that kind of fits under our overarching Oh absolutely. I mean that's a whole podcast episode in itself, Krista, right? Like dissecting that verse and what it, how it aligns for you and then showing other women how that verse might resonate with their lives and how they can kind of mold or Ben to better be her. Right. If that's what she's called to be. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. That's so cool. You'll have to go. So for those titles, you want to check GoDaddy and make sure that the URL is available first before you're like, well it's available on iTunes, but if we can't get the URL with it, we're not doing it. So you want, not only is it available on iTunes search, but it's also available on GoDaddy snag them both and you of course can play on adding a or the, or changing mom to mama. If the one you're like set on isn't there, you can add those little things, but I always stick with the.com versus, Oh, well it's not available.com, but I can get.biz because people automatically put.com and they will only remember your name. So I think it's more important to have that for your podcast. Does that make sense? Yeah. Yeah. So then Like, so this is crazy. So I help people understand like what they're like, who their target is, but when it comes to myself, so I understand my target having so this conversation, but how do you craft that? Like in like, or does it matter when people land on your podcast and see my picture with my name? Like how do I narrow this all down into like if I had to give the elevator pitch to somebody? Yeah, absolutely. So let's say it was Authentic mom, right? Or the courageous authentic mama show or whatever, that would be something like, are you tired of all the fake? Are you ready to finally step into who you truly are? Have you been craving more truth and authenticity in all areas of your life? Me too. Hey, I'm Krista. And my mission is to peel back the layers until we finally can be who we were created to be in motherhood, business and ourselves, or that ourselves part was weird, but let's dig into living authentically and courageous, something like that. And that was me like literally coming up with off the top of my head. So you'll have to write that down. Like you're hired. Can you just say that for me Be like, here's your host Krista. They're like, why sound different editing software? And then the other piece you can say in there too is like each month we bring you a different category where we can expand our authenticity and we will bring in a guest for you that has shed their skin to become courageously authentic. Yes, that's fine. I like the month too. Like maybe every month is a new cause the month gives you, like give you quite a while though, that would give you eight episodes in each category. So that's up to you where you could do, I really love four episodes because you won't get bored. Your audience won't get bored either. And just making sure when I look at my life and I have all these categories of my life, how can I be more authentic in every single one of them and then make that, you know what you're going to teach on. Plus, that's so cool because it keeps people excited for the next thing that's coming. And it's not always sales and marketing. It's not always storytelling, but it's still always that authentic mom. Like if she doesn't want to be authentic in every area of her life, this show isn't for her. And that's the beauty of it. Yeah. Okay. So the only reason I was going to do two shows a week, cause I'm so used to like more is better, but cause that's like the network marketing drilled into me. But is that the case? Like, is there an advantage to having two shows a week to podcasting or is that like, how do people decide that? So It was like you and I said for one year I'm doing two shows a week period. Like I'm going to show up. I don't care if it's Christmas, I'm doing two shows a week because I thought if I do that, I will have more downloads and people will be wanting more while at the same time I've had, I had two girlfriends launched their shows. One of them did two a week as well. And then two of them did one a week. All four of us hit roughly the same download numbers at our year Mark. And so I don't know if it makes that big of a difference Krista, because I think when somebody hears you and loves you, they're going to show up for you if you're enjoying it and you're lit up about it and you're natural. Like it doesn't take me long to record an episode. I'm like have an idea and it just comes through someone else might say, Stephanie, it would have taken me three hours to record that because I have to write all my notes and get cleared in my thoughts. And so I think the question is, what do you want to do? Do you want to do two a week? Do you have time and space and capacity for that? Does it sound like an exciting thing to do that? Because you can always change it later as well, but I would go with something for six months before you change it to get traction. Okay. The reason that I wanted to do two in a week was a, because I'm entering new territory. Like all my kids are in school this year, which is crazy, like four kids. And now they're all in school. I'm like, what am I going to do? I don't want to mop all day. Can you come and do my laundry? I just walked by my laundry room and I had, I had a five baskets of clean laundry and I'm like, fine. I'm going to go do a coaching session. This is way more fun. Like I can't. Yeah. Yeah. So like I'm not gonna be ever, there's never going to be a time in my life, probably where my laundry is like kept up. So that's why I was going to do two shows a week. Plus I honestly thought that it would in my head, it made sense that it was like, grow my audience faster. It can't hurt. That's for sure it can't hurt you. And if you have the time and space to do it, as long as you're content, like of course quality over quantity. But I think if you're doing these sub categories, it's so limitless. You can't have great content. You can't have great guests that come on. And if you can't hurt you to do two, I think you're the benefits of doing two per week outweigh not doing it. Okay. Yeah. I'll have to like sit down and realistically think like, is it doable for like six months out? Right. Yeah. And the other thing that I do Chris is like, you know, let's say Monday through Wednesday, you find you have four hours of time with the kids at school. What have you batch two months worth of episodes in one week? Like, that's what I do. I just batch out when I'm in the mood, I'm like, I'm going to knock out three or four episodes and I always stay a month or two ahead of schedule. And so it never feels like pressure or daunting to me. I outsource the editing, which we talk about in the course. So, because editing does take a ton of time. If you're going to edit yourself, it's not that expensive to get it done for you. That will save you a lot of time where you have more recording space in your life. Yeah. So in the course, I had some questions for you, but I was writing like a mad woman, even though it's recorded. I'm still just like taking notes. No problem. Okay. So obviously, and you talk about this in the podcast university and you actually asked this question in a live video. I love that there's the support. And I actually sent you that message before I bought the program. I'm like, is there a place where we can ask questions or are we just going through the content? So you had done a live video asking if we are planning to monetize our podcast or if it's just a passion project. So for me, I want to monetize my podcasts. So from what I can see, like just following your journey, cause I haven't gotten to those modules yet. I can put links then like if I want to have some one-on-one coaching sessions or once I get a digital product made, then I can be promoting those there. Right. Oh for sure. You can not only speak to them in your course right there. I mean, in your show, right? Hey guys, I'm so excited. You know, in a couple of weeks we're launching the authentic storytelling mama, which is going to take you through how to authentically storytell on social media, in your captions and in your email marketing, maybe it's a mini course say you can grab early bird pricing right now, head on over to storytelling, mama.com or whatever that's going to be. And then in the show notes, you have that link, right? Huge big, Oh my gosh. Two weeks until this launches. And then in your Instagram stories, you're talking about that in your feed, you have a post about it. It's everywhere, right? Because, and you notice you were never caught you. Don't how to sell. So I don't need to tell you that piece of it. But does that answer that question? So yes, a hundred percent you just monetize through the show and through the show notes and you use your links and you're going to send them over to some type of landing page. Okay. So on your journey or now that you've coached, like I've watched some of the podcasts that you've helped launch, which are phenomenal. So we'll go from like a dream to actually having their show come on the air. So is it, can I start monetizing like day one? Like, or do you have to give value for a little while before I say like, Oh PS, by the way, I have coaching spots available. Or like how what's the process for that Day? One, just know maybe there's a hundred people listening, day one. They were the ones that were already following you. And that's great. But the beauty of it is podcasting is this evergreen funnel. And so when Stephanie asks goes and finds your show two years from now, I want to binge listen to you from, from day one. I'm going back to episode one. And if I'm hearing every single episode, Hey guys, I have authenticity coaching. I have this course coaching course coaching. By the time I hear it, seven to 10 times, I'm calling you like, I've been with your show. I need to hire you. So monetizing from day one, you may not get a ton of business from that. It absolutely can't hurt, but it will only benefit your show in the future because your show will live on forever. Even if you stopped podcasting in three years, it will still be there bringing in business for you. Cool. Yeah. And start with maybe that, like, what's your vision for the coaching right now? Now for the coaching, it would just be like, because eventually I want to have the authentically storytelling digital product so that it's more passive for me. Right? Like you talk about that like passive income, right? Yes. Until then, because I want to start monetizing it Be basically me offering Would be in the digital product, but in a one-on-one setting just because I don't have digital products yet. Right. So just actually like live coaching with people. Okay. So I think the way you would pitch that for now, until you have a product, Krista would be like, Hey mama, are you struggling with creating your message? Are you struggling with identifying what your story is? What you want to share out into the world? Did you know that you can work with me on a one-on-one basis and I will help you create your authentic story? Yes, yes. Yes. Head on over to Chris, a.com/coaching and book a free coaching consultation, or like send them where they can book a call with you through Calendarly. That's my favorite way, because you're going to sign more people. If you get them on a quick consult chat or they can go to like an email page where you get the lead through like a landing page. And I think that would be a beautiful place to start because the other idea for you, which is so cool is you could use some of those coaching sessions on your show. Like I do Actually thinking that as I went back through some of your content, like live coaching, cause I think people learn a lot from that. And that's something I was going to start doing on Instagram as well, was like, Hey, send me your bio. Let's like, I'll do some Instagram bio reviews and have those in my yes notes. So I really liked the idea of the live coaching on my podcasts. Yeah. That would be such a, it's a new way of learning because it's so visual for people. Instead of me telling them how to do stuff, they're getting to watch it. And when they are able to, Oh, I see how they're working through this process. Or I see how Stephanie took what Krista was thinking and then gave her this verbiage. They can then put that into their own, into their own lives. I had a girl that frightened me every time we do the live coaching. I write down all your questions and I answer them back as if I'm in the session with you. So that would be, and it brings in clients like crazy because they're seeing how you work with people and it creates more trust and visibility for you and your skillset. They're going to be like, Whoa, she just helped this girl create her story. And you give them ideas on how they can storytell to sell that thing through social media or through email marketing. And you're really working on the content or copyright side of it. Okay, cool. And crazy. Because Like I have some friends who are still like really actively involved in their network marketing business, but that's still the number one thing that they come to me within because I'm a very multi-passionate person. That's hard. Like if I wouldn't have had this call with you, I would still be struggling with like how it all ties together and looking at the thing that's going to monetize and having intention behind it. Right? Like not just like being a blubbering. I think we focus. What's your Enneagram number Too. I'm too. They're literally like I'm two at 97% and seven at 94%. Okay. Yeah. I can see a lot of seven in you, which is so great for being a podcaster. My goodness. Like, cause you're vibrant, you're energetic. You're excited. And this is why our idea of doing these subcategories, but they're all this authentic thing that's beautiful for you. Cause you will get bored. Right? If you're talking about the same thing every day and gosh, I had something else to say about the people following you where network marketers, right. That keep coming to you for network marketing, make sure one of the first categories you do, Krista is authentic network marketing. Okay. I think that's a whole category that you should start with. The beauty of that too, is that attracts a ton of listeners who get hooked on you from that because hello, like the woman we're talking to is either in marketing has done network marketing. It's a side hustle for her or she's trying to get out of it. She's one of those things. And so I think that would be good for you. Sorry. I'm literally, I'm taking you with me because my microphone just arrived. Yeah. Amazon boxes you guys. I knew that was going to, And I'm like, it's gonna come right while I'm on the coaching call. That is hilarious. Her friends, we ended this call. That's still a huge win. See any guys? The beauty of that is Chris was able to record with me using her headset mic. And it's fine. I recorded an episode the other day on my phone and it was fine. It doesn't need to be perfect. You just need to do it right. Yeah. Wow. I'm really excited. I have a lot of fear because you had talked about like video, like you weren't into video marketing, but that's all I like. That's how I've built my entire business. So I was going to do a YouTube channel and I created it, did my like graphic art, but I just couldn't get an excitement about it. Cause I didn't see myself as a podcaster because I like that people can see me and connect. And so I was like, I'm going to suck it. Well, make sure you record like this Krista with your video on it. Just you talking like you're recording. Like you don't have to be fancy and throw that up on the YouTube channel. That way. There's a video option for people as well. That doesn't hurt. And you're already, you're killing two birds with one stone. Yeah. Okay. Well this has been amazing. I am so excited for you. I can't wait to listen to your show and everyone's going to want to follow your journey because hello, like let's follow along with crystal, launching her podcast and go listen. So share with us. Where can everybody find you and your upcoming podcasts? Yes. So my website is Krista pullman.com and on Instagram I'm Krista Pullman. And my podcast will be on as stuff. Stephanie has taught me iTunes. I forget where it's all going to be everywhere. It'll be everywhere. You can Google. You can go to iTunes and type in Krista Pullman and you'll be able to find her show, whatever she ends up naming it, that you're going to get them to come listen, cause then they're gonna go. What did she name it? I want to know I was actually gonna do a poll to my audience, like put out like great idea names and see what they think and that I love it. All right. Well thank you so much. And I'm just so excited for you. Thank you. I hope you guys love that live session with my girl Krista and be sure to go show her some love over on her show. Can't wait to hear what she names it. Check her out and Hey mama, if you've been thinking of bleeping, I just want to pray over you that whatever the thing is, the soul call. The moment that you heard the whisper or you feel in your bones or something more that you're meant to do. I pray for your clarity. I pray for your resilience against anything that might be keeping you from taking action on that thing. I pray that whatever your mind is telling you that you're able to silence that so that you can feel the pull coming from your heart. I pray that you lean on Jesus to help you further his mission for you. Pray often love him fiercely and know that you don't need to worry about tomorrow or the next day or the next day, because he has gifted us today. And all of our future plans are already taken care of. You can rest easy knowing he has got your back. I will see you soon cheering for you as always. Love and light, Stef
